    摘要: A composition for cosmetics is provided, which has a UV shielding effect and which can produce a cosmetic having good dispersibility, an excellent UV shielding effect and excellent use feeling, cosmetic effect, long-lasting cosmetic performance. The cosmetic obtained by using the same is provided. The composition for cosmetics includes (A) microparticulate titanium dioxide, (B) one kind or two or more kinds of magnesium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide. The composition for cosmetics preferably contains further (C) a clay mineral. The compounding weight ratio among (A):(B):(C) is preferably 20 to 60:3 to 40:0 to 77. In addition, the composition for cosmetics is preferably one in which a mixed powder of (A), (B) and (C) is lipophilically treated.

    摘要: An idling state stabilizing device for an engine is disclosed that can decrease the torque that is necessary for rotation of a magneto by decreasing an output current, without setting an engine speed high, even though the engine is in the idling state, can stabilize the engine rotation, and accordingly can improve fuel economy, and further can reduce noises. A current value output from a generator when an engine is in an idling state is set as an output current value in a power generation control device. The power generation control device determines that the engine is in the idling state when the engine speed becomes equal to or less than an idling state rotational speed, detects the maximum engine speed and the minimum engine speed during a predetermined time period when the engine is in the idling state, calculates an engine speed fluctuation amount of the engine by subtracting the minimum engine speed from the maximum engine speed, and controls the current value output from the generator to be a low output current value which is lower than the previous output current value when the engine speed fluctuation amount is equal to or greater than a predetermined amount.

    摘要: A plasma CVD device includes a reaction chamber, a remote plasma discharge chamber that is provided remotely from the reaction chamber, and piping that links the reaction chamber and the remote plasma discharge chamber. The remote plasma discharge chamber activates cleaning gas by plasma discharge energy, and the activated cleaning gas is introduced into the inside of the reaction chamber through the piping and changes solid substances that adhere to the inside of the reaction chamber in consequence of film formation, to gaseous substances, thereby cleaning the inside of the reaction chamber. The device is characterized by at least one of the following: (a) the remote plasma discharge chamber generates active species using radio frequency oscillating output energy of a preselected frequency; (b) the piping is made of materials that are not corroded by the active species; or (c) the piping is provided with a through-flow type valve.

    摘要: A semiconductor device is equipped with a step-up circuit having a series of multiple charge pump units. Each of the units has a well separation type MOS transistor. The separation well of the transistor is coupled to a high potential so as to form double reverse biases between the N-type well and a P-type substrate and between the N-type well and a P-type well. This permits the threshold Vth of the MOS transistor to be held at low level. The units are provided with a clock whose current supply capability is limited until a predetermined condition (that a predetermined period of time has elapsed after the onset of the step-up circuit by a startup signal or that the output voltage has reached a predetermined level). This limitation of the clock facilitates suppression of power consumption by the step-up circuit during a startup, thereby reducing changes in amplitude of a supply voltage.
