Abstract: A system and computer-implemented method detect and act upon deactivated vehicle components. The system and method include receiving measurements data associated with driving activity. The measurements data includes an indication that at least one feature of an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) of a vehicle has been deactivated for a driving activity. The system and method may include receiving historical driving data including a history of at least one driving activity aided by activation of the alert from the ADAS feature. The system and method may compare the measurements data to the historical driving data, determine a likelihood level that the feature of the ADAS would have provided the alert had the feature been activated based upon the comparing, and set, based at least upon the determining, at least a portion of an operator profile associated with an operator of the vehicle with the likelihood level.

Abstract: Techniques are described herein for detecting status changes to fluid flow devices. An exemplary computer-implemented method may include (1) receiving, from a sensor disposed proximate to a fluid flow device, a vibration signal; (2) determining a current flow rate within the fluid flow device based upon the vibration signal; (3) detecting a status change of the fluid flow device based upon a comparison between the current flow rate and a prior flow rate; (4) determining a recommended remediation action to adjust the current flow rate to the prior flow rate; and (5) generating an alert signal indicating the status change and the recommended remediation action.

Abstract: Techniques for detecting water hazard conditions proximate to a structure are disclosed herein. An exemplary computer-implemented method may include receiving, from a sensor disposed proximate to the structure, a water level signal, and determining a water level proximate to the structure based upon the water level signal. The exemplary computer-implemented method may further include detecting, by executing a water hazard model, a water hazard condition based upon the water level proximate to the structure, and determining (i) a recommended mitigation action to mitigate damage to the structure from the water hazard condition and (ii) a cause of the water hazard condition. The exemplary computer-implemented method may further include generating an alert signal indicating the water hazard condition and the recommended mitigation action.

Abstract: A computer system for generating and maintaining non-fungible tokens for real-time subject assessment is described herein. The computer system includes at least one processor in communication with at least one memory device, the at least one processor programmed to: (i) receive a plurality of data associated with a subject history of a subject; (ii) generate a container file for the subject history to include the plurality of data; (iii) generate a non-fungible token (NFT) for the subject based upon the container file; (iv) store the NFT and the container file for the subject; (v) retrieve the NFT to access the plurality of data; and (vi) input the plurality of data to a trained model to receive an initial subject assessment as output from the trained model.

Abstract: The present systems and methods relate generally to using non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to manage durable asset data regarding durable assets. In some embodiments, systems and methods may include associating subsets of durable asset usage data with individuals, such as durable asset usage data during time intervals the individuals were associated with the assets. The systems and methods may evaluate durable assets and/or associated individuals based upon asset usage data and may generated recommendations regarding durable assets, such as recommendations regarding maintenance or repairs of the durable assets.

Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying a condition associated with an individual in a home environment are provided. Sensors associated with the home environment detect data, which is captured and analyzed by a local or remote processor to identify the condition. In some instances, the sensors are configured to capture data indicative of electricity use by devices associated with the home environment, including, e.g., which devices are using electricity, what date/time electricity is used by each device, how long each device uses electricity, and/or the power source for the electricity used by each device. The processor analyzes the captured data to identify any abnormalities or anomalies, and, based upon any identified abnormalities or anomalies, the processor determines a condition (e.g., a medical condition) associated with an individual in the home environment. The processor generates and transmits a notification indicating the condition associated with the individual to a caregiver of the individual.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method of assessing driver capability for operating an autonomous vehicle includes identifying a human operator of the autonomous vehicle, the human operator being associated with a driving capability profile. The method further includes signaling to the human operator with the signal, the signal requesting a response from the human operator. The method also includes updating, based on the response from the human operator to the signal, the driving capability profile to indicate a level of skill of the human operator at responding to the signal.

Abstract: The following relates generally to providing virtual reality (VR) alerts to a driver of an autonomous vehicle. For example, a vehicle may be driving autonomously while the driver is watching a VR movie (e.g., on a pair of VR goggles); the driver may then receive a VR alert recommending that the driver take control of the vehicle (e.g., switch the vehicle from autonomous to manual mode). The following also relates to generating a VR feed for presenting real-time road conditions so that a user may preview a road segment. The following also relates to generating a VR feed corresponding to an event (e.g., a vehicle collision, a crime, a weather event, and/or a natural disaster).

Abstract: The present systems and method relate generally to adjusting navigation directions. In some embodiments, one or more processors obtain a driving score based upon a user's driving history traversing streets displayed in virtual reality (VR). A request for navigation directions may then be received, and a set of navigation directions may be generated in response to the request. The generated set of navigation directions may be adjusted based upon the driving score.
