    摘要: A local area network (LAN) connection method runs an existing LAN application in an asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) network to connect LANS. The LAN connection method includes the steps of (a) in a LAN emulation (LANE) protocol which operates an existing network in the ATM network, connecting LAN emulation servers (LESs) which mainly cope with addresses from medial access control (MAC) addresses to ATM addresses in emulated LANs (ELANs) by a virtual channel connection (VCC) for transferring a LAN emulation address resolution protocol (LE ARP) which inquires the ATM address from the MAC address, and (b) transferring a LE ARP request with respect to a LAN emulation client (LEC) in a second ELAN to a LES in the second ELAN when a LES in a first ELAN receives the LE ARP request from a LEC in the first ELAN.

In the vibration isolator, all vibration forces developed and transmitted from the vibration source are once concentrated onto a predetermined rigidity member such as a yoke of an electromagnetic actuator constituting the controlled vibration source and the load sensor is installed between the predetermined rigidity member and a lid member of the vibration isolator coupled to a supporting base member attached onto, for example, a vehicle body.

The X-ray mask has characteristics substantially equal to those of the conventional X-ray mask employing Au as a mask pattern and is much lower in price than the Au-containing mask pattern. In addition, since the X-ray mask can easily be formed by electroless plating, it is possible to form a mask pattern with a higher accuracy than that in case of employing Au alone.

    摘要: A regenerative heating and melting device is disclosed for treating asphalt concrete rubble for the recovery of an asphalt coated aggregate suitable for reuse. The apparatus includes a vertical cylindrical casing, an inlet for hot gas and an outlet for exhaust gas, conveyor means for conveying the rubble to the top of the casing and means for recovering the regenerated paving material from the casing. The internal space of the cylindrical casing is divided into a plurality of tier sections by partition plates. Each of the plates has an opening means to communicate with the adjacent lower tier section. A rotary shaft is provided in the cylindrical casing, the axis of which coincides with the axis of the cylindrical casing and extending through the tier sections and partition plates. The mixing blades are above and in sliding contact with the partition plates and of a dimension so that on the diameter, the diameter of the mixing blades is slightly less than the interior diameter of the casing to permit rotation of the mixing blades inside the casing with sufficient clearance to permit movement.

When, for example, a lane departure prevention control works, the status of restraining lane departure is presented by arrow(s) in an anti-lane-departure direction opposite to the direction of lane departure. The size (including the length and the width) and color of the arrow(s) are altered depending on the initiative (D). Here, when the initiative (D) is at a low level, the arrow(s) is set in color, for example, ‘red’ and increased in size because the risk that the tendency of lane departure may increase becomes high.

    摘要: The in-lane running support system includes a steering input device and a steering input detector. The in-lane running support system further comprises a reaction force device that changes a condition of the steering input device between a normal operation mode that provides a normal reaction force to the driver, and a hapthic operation mode that performs a notification operation to the driver, a turning output device that is in a state mechanically disconnected from the steering input device and that turns steerable wheels, and a turning output controller. A running state detecting device acquires information of a running state of the vehicle with respect to a lane. An in-lane running support device controls the turning output device and the haptic device based on the information of the running state such that the vehicle runs in the lane, and has a first control mode that controls the turning output control device and causes the reaction force device to operate in the normal operation mode, and a second control mode that controls the turning output control device and causes the reaction force device to operate in the haptic operation mode.
