摘要: Described is a vibration isolator of a vibration actively reducing apparatus which achieves a more accurate detection of a residual vibration by means of a load sensor after an interference of a controlled vibration developed from a controlled vibration source constituting the vibration isolator against a vibration developed and transmitted from a vibration source such as a vehicular engine. In the vibration isolator, all vibration forces developed and transmitted from the vibration source are once concentrated onto a predetermined rigidity member such as a yoke of an electromagnetic actuator constituting the controlled vibration source and the load sensor is installed between the predetermined rigidity member and a lid member of the vibration isolator coupled to a supporting base member attached onto, for example, a vehicle body.

摘要: A vibration control apparatus for a vehicle equipped with a power unit and a vehicle body is comprised of an active engine mount disposed between the power unit and the vehicle body. A controller is connected to a vehicle body vibration detector, a passenger compartment vibration detector and a drive force detector. The vehicle body vibration detector detects a vibration transmitted from the power unit to the vehicle body through the active engine mount. The passenger compartment vibration detector detects a vibration of a member defining a passenger compartment of the vehicle. The drive force detector detects as to whether driving force of the power unit is transmitted to driving wheels. The controller controls the active engine mount to reduce the passenger compartment vibration when the driving force is transmitted to the driving wheels and to reduce the vehicle body vibration when the driving force is not transmitted to the driving wheels.

摘要: In apparatus and method for actively reducing a vibration developed from a vibration source applicable to a vehicular active engine mount, an identification signal supplier is provided for previously supplying each of identification signals in sinusoidal waveforms to a control vibration source, a response signal reader is provided for reading a residual vibration signal when a control vibration according to each of the identification signals is developed from the control vibration source, a transfer function identifier is provided for identifying the transfer function on the basis of the residual vibration signal read by the response signal reader; and a frequency selector for selecting one by one frequencies of the identification signals in the sinusoidal waveforms, the frequency selector selecting the frequencies of the respective identification signals in the sinusoidal waveforms so that a frequency interval between mutually adjacent selected frequencies in a particular frequency band is shorter than that in any other frequency bands. In addition, a phase lag providing block and/or a gain characteristic corrector is provided.

摘要: A CCD camera or equivalent sensor is mounted on a vehicle and used to detect lane markings (usually the white or yellow painted lines) on a roadway. An electric motor coupled to a steering system is used to provide a torque input to the steering, which may either assist or oppose the steering torque from a driver. A steering controller is designed to assist the driver to maintain the vehicle lane position by holding the vehicle at a target point using a biasing torque. The controller resumes application of the biasing torque upon expiration of a predetermined period of delay time since a change from the absence of detection of lane marking to the presence of detection of lane marking after the presence of detection of lane marking that continues for a period of time less than a predetermined period of time has occurred a predetermined number of times within a predetermined period of monitoring time or the absence of detection of lane marking continues for a predetermined period of time.

摘要: An apparatus for vehicle lane following in which a look ahead sensor including a CCD camera and an image processor detects a lane marking on the surface of a roadway. The image processor estimates a lateral displacement of a point at a preview distance in front of a vehicle from a target line. The target line is a line between lane markings defining a lane. An electric motor coupled to the steering mechanism is used to provide a bias (a torque input) to the steering, which may either assist or oppose to the steering torque from the driver. A steering controller is designed to assist the driver to maintain the vehicle's lane position by holding the vehicle at the target line using a biasing torque if the lane following is selected by the driver. In order to reflect the driver preference in the lane following, the controller collects a sufficient number of measures of the vehicle lateral displacement when the lane following is not selected. Based on the collected data, the controller updates the target line position. In the subsequent lane following, the driver is assisted to maintain the vehicle at this updated target line.
