Abstract:
The disclosure relates to an electrical machine for a drive system of an electrically driven aircraft and its winding system. In particular, the disclosure relates to an interconnection unit for interconnecting the windings of the winding system. For electrically connecting winding arrangements of the winding system, the interconnection unit has a connection arrangement with large number of contact points which are configured and arranged on the interconnection unit such that these contact points of the interconnection unit may be connected to contact points of the winding arrangements to be contact-connected. The connection arrangement furthermore has a large number of electrical connection sections, wherein a respective connection section connects two of the contact points to one another. This interconnection unit may be contact-connected by way of its contact points to corresponding contact points of the winding arrangements, so that a desired winding system may be constructed in a simple manner.
Abstract:
A circuit board arrangement (100) for a motor controller in a motor housing (50) has at least one first populated circuit board (LP1) and one second populated circuit board (LP2). Contact elements (20) are plugged together in the plug-in direction (S) in order to produce a detachable electrical connection with the first circuit board (LP1). An alignment and guidance device (LP3) protrudes from the first circuit board (LP1) in the plug-in direction (S) toward the second circuit board (LP2). In the assembled state, the contact elements (20) are completely in the plugged-in state with mating contacts (10) of the first circuit board (LP1). An end-side portion (30), of the device (LP3), protrudes through a gap (21) in the second circuit board. The contact elements (20) protrude from or out of the second circuit board (20) in different lengths.
Abstract:
A terminal lead support for use in an integrated drive generator has a body defining an outer end extending to two outer angled surfaces. The outer angled surfaces each extend to curved end portions. The curved end portions connect the outer angled surfaces into inner angled surfaces. The inner angled surfaces each extend into cupped portions formed about a radius. There are six apertures formed within the body, with laterally outer apertures spaced from the outer surface by a greater amount than laterally intermediate apertures. The laterally intermediate apertures are spaced from the outer surface by a greater amount than laterally inner apertures. An integrated drive generator and a method of replacing a terminal lead support are also disclosed.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an excitation device which includes a brush holder base. The brush holder base is provided with a plug. The plug is provided with a brush holder shaft. The front end of the brush holder shaft is provided with a brush box. A horizontal taper dovetail groove is formed in the brush holder base. A horizontal taper dovetail lug boss is disposed on the plug. The dovetail groove is matched with the dovetail lug boss. The present invention solves the problem of potential safety hazard in locking, and ensures safe and smooth operation of a unit.
