The platform may receive, from a code snippet incorporated in an application of a user computing device, a notification that the user computing device has used the application. The platform may associate a user identifier with the user computing device. The platform may subscribe to, on behalf of the application operator, one or more API notification channels of the application builder platform. The platform may receive an API notification from the application builder platform. The platform may determine that the application builder platform's user is associated with the user identifier used by the message management platform. The platform may determine that the event described in the payload matches the trigger condition and transmit the first message to the user computing device.

摘要： The techniques disclosed herein provide a system that can identify two or more independently managed message threads and modify a user interface to enable a common user of the threads to view messages of both threads. For instance, if a user is participating in a first chat session that is displayed within a first message thread, the system can identify other threads that are related to the first thread. The related threads can be identified by a user input or by a query performed by a system. In some embodiments, the system can only search for threads that have at least one common user to the first thread. The system can provide this display of two related threads while linking the threads but not merging the messages of the threads. A data structure can be maintained to control the display of each thread.

摘要： The present invention allows text analysis and routing of an outgoing message. The system intercepts outgoing messages for analysis by a TAS software module. The module assigns an analytical score to the message, then compares the score to a threshold. If the score is below the threshold, the message is transmitted to its ultimate destination. If not, the message may be routed for correction by the message's composer or quality assurance staff. After such correction, the message new analytical score is generated and compared, and, if necessary, the process repeats again.
