摘要： A circuit board including a dielectric layer, a circuit layer, at least one conductive joint column, and a solder mask layer is provided. The circuit layer having at least one pad is in contact with the dielectric layer. The conductive joint column is disposed on the pad. The solder mask layer is disposed on the dielectric layer and covers the circuit layer. The solder mask layer is in contact with the conductive joint column, and the conductive joint column penetrates the solder mask layer. A height of the conductive joint column is larger than a thickness of the solder mask layer. The enhanced reliability of bonding between another component and the conductive joint column will be provided. Further, a method of fabricating a circuit board is also provided.

摘要： A liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display device incorporating the same are provided. The liquid crystal display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate and a liquid crystal layer. The first substrate includes a first base, a dielectric layer and a storage capacitor. The storage capacitor includes a reflective electrode. The dielectric layer covers at least part of the storage capacitor. The second substrate is substantially paralleled to the first substrate. The second substrate includes a second base, a black matrix and a common electrode. The black matrix corresponds to the storage capacitor. The black matrix includes an opening corresponding to the reflective electrode. The opening is provided to let an outside light enter into the liquid crystal display panel such that the reflective electrode reflects the outside light to provide a light source to the liquid crystal display panel.

摘要： A protecting device for multi-motors driven by motor driving circuits for operating motors includes a comparison module, an operative logic module and a control module. The comparison module determines whether or not an abnormal over current occurs in the motors. The operative logic module receives a determination result of the comparison module and outputting a motor control signal to the motor driving circuit and a notice signal to the control module. If an over current occurs in the motor, the motor control signal outputted from the operative logic module will be a disable signal for stopping the operation of the motor driving circuit and the motor. The control module outputs a warning signal based on the notice signal to notify users about the operating status of the motor. Therefore, the present invention can prevent the motor driving circuit and the motor from being damaged by an over current.

The liquid crystal display panel includes an active device array substrate, an opposite substrate, a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data patterns, a plurality of connecting patterns, a plurality of active devices, a plurality of transparent pixel electrodes, a plurality of common lines, at least one polymer layer, and a liquid crystal layer. The opposite substrate is disposed above the active device array substrate. The scan lines, the data patterns and the connecting patterns are disposed on the active device array substrate, and the data patterns and the connecting patterns form data lines via contact holes. The common lines are disposed between the transparent pixel electrodes and the data lines, and a part of each common line overlaps the corresponding data pattern. The polymer layer is disposed on at least one of the active device array substrate and the opposite substrate.

摘要： A pixel structure disposed on a substrate and electrically connected to a scan line and a data line is provided. The pixel structure has a reflective area and includes a common line, a semiconductor lower electrode, an upper electrode, a patterned dielectric layer, a reflective electrode and an active device. The semiconductor lower electrode electrically connected to the common line is disposed on the substrate within the reflective area. The upper electrode is disposed above and electrically isolated from the semiconductor lower electrode. The patterned dielectric layer with the micro-bumps is disposed on the upper electrode and exposes a part of the upper electrode. The reflective electrode is disposed on the patterned dielectric layer and the part of the upper electrode. Besides, the reflective electrode is electrically connected to the upper electrode. The active device is electrically connected to the scan line, the data line and the reflective electrode.

The liquid crystal film is positioned above the liquid crystal layer to compensate possible retardation resulted from the liquid crystal layer.
