摘要: A flexible tubular lining material impregnated with a thermosetting resin is folded and bound with a tape to provide a reduced width. Two steel belts are inserted into belt loops and are removably attached so as to sandwich the lining material. Another steel belt is fixedly attached to one end of the lining material. During pipeline lining work, first, the steel-belted lining material is inserted into a lateral pipe from the main pipe. The steel belts are then removed from the lining material so that the lining material may remain inside the pipeline. After the steel belts are extracted from the pipeline, the lining material is made to expand via application of pressure from the inside. While kept in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the pipeline, the lining material is heated in order to cure the thermosetting resin therein. Such an arrangement allows the lining material to be easily and smoothly inserted into a pipeline even where there is a plurality of sections bent at a right angle or close to a right angle.

摘要: Integrally formed plastic segments comprising an inner surface plate constituting an inner peripheral surface and lateral plates vertically arranged on an edge part of the inner surface plate extending in a circumferential direction are coupled in a circumferential direction to assemble pipe units 10, 10′. The pipe units are coupled sequentially in the longitudinal direction of a pipe, and a rehabilitating pipe is laid down in an existing pipeline. When an existing pipe 21 is bent, the pipe units are coupled at a bending part 21b in the longitudinal direction of the pipe via coupling members so that central axes X1, X2 of the pipes are angled toward each other to create a bend. A gap formed between the pipe units at the bent part is covered by a cladding. Such a configuration enables a rehabilitating pipe to be watertight and resistant to external forces.

摘要: An apparatus for everting and inserting a pipe-lining material to rehabilitate an underground pipeline comprises an everting nozzle that is disposed so that an opening thereof faces an opening of the pipeline. The pipe-lining material is brought un-everted up to the everting nozzle and attached to the nozzle opening thereof and fluid pressure is applied inside the pipe-lining material to evert and insert it in the pipe-extending direction of the pipeline to be rehabilitated. Eversion of the pipe-lining material is started at the location of the pipeline opening and the pipe-lining material remains flat without being everted in a curved portion where the travel direction of the pipe-lining material changes toward the pipeline opening. This allows no considerable friction to be generated at the curved portion and the pipe-lining material to be smoothly and reliably everted and inserted into the affected pipeline.

摘要: Segments are successively coupled in the circumferential direction and the vertical direction to provide a rehabilitating pipe that rehabilitates an exiting pipe such as a manhole extending in the vertical direction. The segments are coupled in the vertical direction by stacking segments on previously assembled segments. A gap between the existing pipe and the rehabilitating pipe is filled with a filler after completion of the assembly as a rehabilitating pipe. The filler is hardened to integrate the rehabilitating pipe with the existing pipe as a compound pipe. With such an arrangement, the rehabilitating pipe can be laid by a simple method because the segments can be stacked on previously assembled segments using the segments' own weight.

摘要: A lateral pipe lining material comprises a tubular resin absorbing material impregnated with a setting resin, which has a flange at one end thereof and whose outer surface is coated with a highly airtight film. A sealing tube is detachably attached to the outer circumferential surface of the tubular resin absorbing material. The lateral pipe lining material is introduced inside a main pipe and its flange is brought into tight contact with the lateral pipe opening. The lateral pipe lining material including the sealing tube is then everted and inserted by fluid pressure inside a lateral pipe toward the ground level. After the setting resin is cured, the sealing tube is removed from the lateral pipe lining material. This enables the lining of a lateral pipe to always be performed reliably, regardless of the aboveground circumstances.

摘要: The present invention permits to manufacture, with low cost and good through-put, a liquid discharge recording head in which a nozzle plate is formed from inorganic material. In the liquid discharge recording head according to the present invention, a nozzle plate formed from inorganic material is stacked on a front surface of a silicon substrate including heat generating resistant members for generating energy for discharging liquid and an electric circuit for driving the heat generating resistant members. The liquid can be supplied from a liquid supply port extending through the silicon substrate to flow paths provided between the silicon substrate and the nozzle plate. Recessed portions having predetermined depths are formed in a region of the surface of the silicon substrate, where the flow paths are formed, and discharge ports are formed above the recessed portions.
