摘要: A bearing mount assembly is installed in opposed relation to a roll support frame with the pass line interposed therebetween, the bearing mount assembly being provided with bearings capable of removably supporting the front ends of roll shafts carried on the roll support frame. In roll exchange operation, the bearing mount assembly is moved away from the roll support frame and has its bearings removed therefrom, whereupon the bearing mount assembly is turned from this raised position to a flat position to provide a roll exchange operation space defined above the bearing mount assembly, making it possible to effect roll exchange operation.

摘要: A signal processing device has a memory in which a digital image signal is stored, and a data bus including a plurality of signal liens is connected to the memory. A pull-up resistance is connected to a predetermined signal line, and the other signal lines are connected to the ground through pull-down resistances. A blanking signal BLK3 at a low level is inputted into an output enable terminal of the memory, so that the output terminal of the memory becomes high-impedance, and thus a digital signal corresponding to a pedestal level is outputted through the data bus and a blanking period is formed. The pedestal level is determined by the position of the pull-up resistance.

摘要: A circuit and method for controlling an output current balance for parallel driven PWM-type digitalized power inverting units are disclosed in which a feedback control such that rising edge times and falling edge times of a PWM waveformed pulse train signal to be supplied to the parallel driven power inverting units are respectively corrected using independent correction signals is carried out to eliminate a deviation between output currents of the parallel driven power inverting units. The correction of the rising edge times and falling edge times is such that a phase advance correction for the one unit with respect to an offset value delay and a phase retardation correction for the other unit with respect to the offset value delay are carried out so that a delay of an average output current with respect to the PWM waveformed pulse train signal is made constant. In addition, if an integration calculation of the feedback control is carried out during a constant period of time upon a change in the PWM waveformed pulse train signal to suppress an abnormal integration. Ripple components due to a generation of output current unbalance can be suppressed by limiting the corrections to the falling edges and rising edges of the PWM pulse train signal to either one according to a polarity of the deviation between the output currents of the power inverting units.

摘要: In a vehicle assembling line in which parts are assembled to a vehicle body while the body is passed through each of working stations by a plurality of transporting means, the vehicle body is positioned and supported by a pallet and transported by each of the transporting means, wherein transferring of the body between the transporting means is carried out through the pallet. A transporting path, on which a self-travel carriage as the transporting means travels, is laid within a pit concavely provided below a floor plate of a working floor. Arranged above the floor plate are a carriage frame, a lift table and a turn rest for supporting the pallet, which constitute an upper portion of the self-travel carriage. The transporting path is disposed substantially along the assembling line from its starting point to its terminal point, and an automated assembling zone and a manually assembling zone are coexistently disposed along the assembling line. An automatic machine is disposed in a working station of the automated assembling zone for advancing and retreating movement, and there is provided means for positioning and fixing the self-travel carriage together with the pallet in such working station. An overhead conveyor for transporting the self-travel carriage separated from the pallet in a hung manner is used as one of the transporting means.

摘要: A method of producing a glazed ceramic substrate, which is useful for a hybrid integrated circuit or a thermal head of a thermal printer for instance, by applying a glass onto a major surface of a ceramic substrate, firing the substrate to form a molten glass layer on the substrate surface and cooling the fired substrate. To obtain the glazed ceramic substrate with high flatness despite the tendency of the substrate to warp due to difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the ceramic and the glass, a refractory base which supports the substrate during the firing and cooling steps is so shaped as to allow the substrate to deform during the firing step reversely to the expected warp at the cooling step, so that the warp at the cooling step is offset by the preceding deformation. For example, the upper surface of the base is shaped into a continuous and concave surface. As a modification, suitably shaped rib-like or pillar-like spacers are arranged on the top face of a flat base plate with intervals therebetween.

摘要: A glazed ceramic substrate for use in electric or electronic devices, obtained by forming a glass coating layer directly on a major surface of a ceramic substrate such as an alumina substrate. The glass as the material of the coating layer contains 50-60 Wt % of SiO.sub.2, 10-30 Wt % of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, 15-30 Wt % of CaO and MgO, and 2-6 Wt % of ZrO.sub.2 as essential components, optionally with the addition of small amount(s) of at least one of TiO.sub.2, BaO, ZnO, PbO, P.sub.2 O.sub.5, B.sub.2 O.sub.3, Na.sub.2 O and K.sub.2 O. The coating layer formed of this glass is excellent in its high-temperature stability, so that the glazed ceramic substrate is particularly suitable for use in thermal heads of thermal printing devices.

摘要: A green concrete mortar is prepared by the steps of preparing a first composition in which water is uniformly deposited about the particles of sand, preparing a second composition consisting of a powder of cement, mixing together the first and second compositions, thus forming stable shells about the particles of the sand, the shells having substantially a constant ratio of water to cement, and adding water to the shelled sand and then kneading the resulting mixture. The green concrete mortar can be poured into a moulding frame prepacked with a coarse aggregate i.e. gravel. After incorporating gravel into the mortar, the resulting green concrete can be moulded or blasted. The green concrete can be readily conveyed to a working station for constructing tunnels, buildings or the like.
