    摘要: A compressor has a swash plate supported on a drive shaft for an integral rotation. The swash plate is coupled to a plurality of pistons reciprocally moveable in a cylinder block to compress gas therein. Reaction force of the compressed gas applied to the piston and causing axial load acting on the swash plate and the drive shaft is buffered by buffer structure. The buffer structure comprises a first bearing interposed between a first surface of the swash plate and the cylinder block. The buffer structure has a second bearing interposed between a second surface of the swash plate and the cylinder block. One of the bearings is arranged to be flexibly deformable to absorb the axial load while the other bearing is arranged to be rigid to receive the axial load and transmit the axial load to the cylinder block.

    摘要: In a pinion shift device for a starter of the type employing a semicircular ring-shaped shift plate, the device is constructed such that the shift plate is easily assembled to a shift lever to be suitable for automatization, slide contact portions between the clutch body and the shift plate and/or between the shift flange and the shift plate are less subjected to overflow or exhaustion of grease and give rise to a smaller extent of wear, and thus service life of the device is prolonged. A semicircular ring-shaped portion of the shift plate is loosely fitted in an axial gap between a clutch body and a shift flange integral with a clutch sleeve. A recessed groove for storing grease therein is provided in at least one of paired opposite side faces between the semicircular ring-shaped portion of the shift plate and the clutch body as well as the shift flange. The shift lever and the shift plate are both molded using resin. Mutually fitting portions of the shift plate and the shift lever are constituted by projections and holes. Sloped surfaces serving as assembling guides are respectively formed in each end face of the projection and each side face around the hole.

    摘要: A reciprocatory piston type compressor having a cylinder block in which a plurality of compression chambers permit a plurality of reciprocatory pistons to be reciprocated so as to compress a refrigerant gas drawn from a suction chamber formed in an end housing into the compression chambers through suction ports of a valve plate, opened and closed by a suction valve mechanism with a plurality of resilient radial suction valves having a free end thereof, respectively, and surrounded by cutoff slots formed in a suction valve sheet, and to discharge the compressed refrigerant gas from the compression chambers into a discharge chamber formed in the end housing through discharge ports of the valve plate, opened and closed by resilient discharge valves. Each of the cutoff slots of the suction valve sheet has a part thereof adjacent to the free end of each suction valve which is radially widened to retain a predetermined amount of the compressed gas by which the suction valves are smoothly separated from the valve plate toward the open position thereof and rest on the walls of radial recesses formed in the end of the cylinder block during the suction stroke of the compressor.

The tool also includes an internal fluid passage for drawing in, together with air, chips produced when the cutting blade machines a workpiece. The internal fluid passage comprises a through hole made in the shank, at least one main inlet hole for drawing in the chips together with the air, the main inlet hole being made in the cutting blade and being in fluid communication with the through hole, and at least one sub-inlet hole for drawing in at least the air, the sub-inlet hole being made in the shank and being in fluid communication with the through hole. The chips can efficiently be discharged from the tool without being deposited in the internal fluid passage, by the air which flows at a suitable speed through the internal fluid passage and draws the chips, regardless of the diameter of the tool.
