The receiver circuits have a termination circuit comprising an inverter and a resistive feedback element. A plurality of conductive lines couple the first set of transmitter circuits and the first set of receiver circuits. The lengths of the plurality of conductive lines arc matched.

Systems and methods for real-time viewing and manipulation of information hosted on third-party systems are described. The system and methods enable property managers to create, edit and delete real estate vacancy postings on multiple sites from a single account, view metrics associated with the postings, and shift the administrative burdens associated with the unreliability of third-party systems to the system itself.

A dust suppressing aggregate includes a core particle and a dust suppressing agent. The dust suppressing agent comprises polycarbodiimide and is disposed about the core particle for suppressing dusting of the core particle. A method of forming the dust suppressing aggregate includes the steps of reacting isocyanates in the presence of a catalyst to form the polycarbodiimide and encapsulating the core particle with the polycarbodiimide to form the dust suppressing agent. A system for producing the dust suppressing aggregate includes the core particle, the isocyanates, and the catalyst.

A receiver circuit includes a first slicer coupled to receive data signals from a signal path and a reference voltage from a reference voltage path that is separate from the signal path. The first slicer is configured output a logic value based on a comparison between a voltage of the data signal and the reference voltage. The receiver circuit further includes a reference voltage generator configured to generate the reference voltage. The reference voltage generator is configured to dynamically generate the reference voltage based on logic values of previously received signals during operation in a first mode. During operation in a second mode, the reference voltage generator is configured to generate and provide the reference voltage as a static voltage.

A modular force sensor apparatus, method, and system are provided to improve force and torque sensing and feedback to the surgeon performing a telerobotic surgery. In one embodiment, a modular force sensor includes a tube portion including a plurality of strain gauges, a proximal tube portion for operably coupling to a shaft of a surgical instrument that may be operably coupled to a manipulator arm of a robotic surgical system, and a distal tube portion for proximally coupling to a wrist joint coupled to an end portion.
