摘要: A fuel injection valve includes a valve chamber, a control valve, an actuator, a control chamber, and a nozzle. The control valve is provided in the valve chamber. The actuator actuates the control valve. The control chamber is always communicated with the valve chamber through a communication passage. The nozzle has a needle for opening and closing an injection orifice, wherein the needle is biased in a valve closing direction for closing the injection orifice by pressure of fuel in the control chamber. High pressure fuel in a high-pressure fuel passage is introduced into the control chamber only through the communication passage in a state, where communication between the valve chamber and the high-pressure fuel passage is allowed by the control valve. The communication passage has a common orifice.

摘要: Moisture caused by humidity in the fuel gas and water vapor from the water that is generated become condensed inside of the fuel cell when power generation in the fuel cell is temporarily stopped, making it necessary to prevent obstruction to the fuel gas flow channel when power generation is restarted. A fuel cell is configured so that it overlaps with a single cell comprised of an electrolyte membrane sandwiched between a fuel electrode and an oxidant electrode. Oxidant supply means 202 supplies oxidant to the oxidant electrode in the fuel cell. Exhaust fuel circulation means 205 resupplies the fuel emitted from the fuel electrode of the fuel cell back to the fuel electrode. When requested power generating capacity 201 for the fuel cell is less than the prescribed power generation capacity, oxidant supply means 202 temporarily stops the oxidant supply, while exhaust fuel circulation means 205 continues to operate and circulate the fuel, in order to prevent obstruction in the fuel flow channel due to water condensation caused by humidity or water vapor so that when the temporary stop is released and the system is restarted, a reliable fuel supply becomes possible.

摘要: In the medical cap comprising a plug 10 made of thermoplastic elastomer and an outer frame 20 made of synthetic resin, the side surface part of the plug is contacted with an inner wall 211 of the side circuit part of the outer frame in a non-fused state and is held in a state with pressure applied from the leg part of the outer frame 22. As a result, the wetted surface of the plug is not flat shaped but has an inclination downward to the circle center. Protrusion 14 can also be provided on the wetted surface and in such a case, the bottom part of the protrusion part that is one part of the wetted surface has an inclination downward to the circle center.

摘要: A method for subjecting target substrates to a heat process under a vacuum pressure includes a transfer step, heating-up and pressure-reducing step, and heat-processing step. The transfer step is arranged to transfer into a reaction chamber a holder that supports the substrates at intervals. The heating-up and pressure-reducing step following the transfer step is arranged to heat up the reaction chamber to a process temperature, and exhaust the reaction chamber to a process pressure. During the heating-up and pressure-reducing step, the reaction chamber is set at the process pressure after being set at the process temperature, to form a state where the reaction chamber has the process temperature under a pressure higher than the process pressure. The heat-processing step following the heating-up and pressure-reducing step is arranged to subject the substrates to the heat process at the process temperature and process pressure.

摘要: In a method of forming a silicon oxide film, a target substrate that has a silicon layer on a surface is loaded into a process area within a reaction container, while setting the process area to have a loading temperature of 400° C. or less. Then, the process area that accommodates the target substrate is heated, from the loading temperature to a process temperature of 650° C. or more. Water vapor is supplied into the reaction container during said heating the process area, while setting the water vapor to have a first concentration in an atmosphere of the process area, and setting the process area to have a first reduced pressure. After said heating the process area to the process temperature, an oxidation gas is supplied into the reaction container, thereby oxidizing the silicon layer to form a silicon oxide film.
