    摘要: This invention relates to a Compressed Air Turbine-Generator, or CAT-G that will enable the ability to manage energy gathered from ecologically friendly sources, such as solar and wind power. Compressed Air Energy Storage, (C.A.E.S.), is a promising mode of clean energy storage. A major challenge facing this technology is the need to efficiently convert the compressed air energy into electricity. Conventionally, high-pressure air is used only to improve the efficiency of a conventional jet powered turbine generator. The focus herein is on a new technology that efficiently converts the energy stored in compressed air directly into electrical power without producing greenhouse byproduct gases or other pollutants. This new capability will add important flexibility to the optimization of ecologically friendly energy systems.

    摘要: The invention provides an ecologically clean method and apparatus for water harvesting from air. The method is based on changing of thermodynamic state properties of air wind getting a rotation and passing through convergent-divergent nozzles. The apparatus is a water condensation engine exposed to humid wind. The constructive solution has no moving solid parts, and the incoming wind is an inherent moving component of the engine. It comprises a cascade of sequentially arranged horn-tubes and a set of stationary wing-like details. Those horn-tubes transform the wind into a fast and cooled out-flowing air flux coming-and-hitting upon the set of wing-like details, where the air portions are accelerated and eddying. The inner static pressure and temperature decrease in the air portions. The decrease in static pressure and temperature triggers off condensation of water-vapors into water-aerosols.

This system may be applied to various types of wind turbines that use a start-up motor or will be able to be turned efficiently using a sun powered motor. A rechargeable battery is used to hold enough power to start the propeller for a predetermined amount of time. Wind sensors will be included to determine if enough wind is present to turn the propeller on. A control box may be included to designate when to turn the motor on and off. It also controls how much to charge the battery and regulates when to stop charging.

Each of the turbines has a blade set extending upward from the housing. Each blade set has a vertical axis extending upward in relation to the housing. Each of the turbines has a generator connected thereto, each generator being disposed in the housing, and having a rotor and a stator. Each turbine is rotatably mounted with respect to the housing, and mounted to the rotor so that they rotate together. Each housing has a positive connector and negative connector on each side of the respective unit. The units, when placed together, connect their respective poles, positive and negative, together completing a circuit. Therefore, one may connect multiple units together.

    摘要: Disclosed is a Hybrid Energy Storage System capable of increasing the energy recovery, lowering the environmental impact of CO2 release, decreasing the environmental impact of noise and visual pollution, simplifying the machine design and construction, smoothing the load on the mechanical system, and decreasing the material, design, and implementation costs. The System will store the needed energy in a battery-capacitor system, feed the energy to an electric motor during the high load portion of the load cycle, and retrieve electrical energy during the low load portion of the cycle. Sensor and switching systems will connect and disconnect the electric generator and electric motor systems at the appropriate parts of the cycle. Energy losses will be made up by solar panels, a wind generator, a gas engine, or connection to the electric grid. The System will save energy, lower costs of insulation and operation, and decrease the environment impacts.
