摘要: Laser-marked packaged surface acoustic wave devices are provided. The laser-marked packaged surface acoustic wave device may include a package structure encapsulating a surface acoustic wave device on a first side of a piezoelectric substrate. The opposite side of the piezoelectric substrate can be directly marked using a laser. The laser may be a deep ultraviolet laser. By directly marking the piezoelectric substrate itself, the use of a separate marking film can be avoided, making the packaged surface acoustic wave device thinner. When the laser has a wavelength readily absorbed by the piezoelectric substrate, a relatively shallow marking may be made in the piezoelectric substrate. The markings can extend less than 1 micrometer into the piezoelectric substrate, so as not to affect the structural integrity of the piezoelectric substrate or the operation of the packaged surface acoustic wave device.

One embodiment includes a transmitter, where the transmitter includes a matching network configured to isolate two input signals of different frequencies, wherein the matching network includes a lumped element frequency trap comprising at least one inductor and a plurality of capacitors. The transmitter further includes a Tx coil, wherein the Tx coil is configured to transmit two RF signals at the frequencies of the input signals with a difference in frequency by a factor of 10% or more.

摘要: In a control method of controlling a frequency response of a filter for processing an audio signal, the frequency response is defined by an amplitude characteristic and a phase characteristic. The control method includes: acquiring a target amplitude characteristic, a target phase characteristic, and a latency value; obtaining a first frequency response in accordance with the target amplitude characteristic and the target phase characteristic; obtaining a second frequency response by modifying the first frequency response so that a latency of the second frequency response satisfies the latency value; and obtaining a third frequency response to be set for the filter by correcting the second frequency response, the second frequency response being corrected so as to reduce a difference between (i) an amplitude characteristic of the second frequency response and (ii) the target amplitude characteristic.

摘要: An acoustic resonator device includes a diaphragm a diaphragm comprising a portion of a piezoelectric plate spanning a cavity. A conductor pattern on a surface of the piezoelectric plate includes an interdigital transducer (IDT) with a first busbar, a second busbar, and a plurality of interleaved IDT fingers extending alternately from the first and second busbars. Overlapping portions of the plurality of interleaved fingers are on the diaphragm. The conductor pattern also includes a first reflector element on the diaphragm proximate and parallel to a first IDT finger, and a second reflector element on the diaphragm proximate and parallel to a last IDT finger. A center-to-center spacing of the first reflector element and the first IDT finger and the second reflector element and the last IDT finger is greater than an average center-to-center spacing between all adjacent pairs of IDT fingers.
