摘要: An ice-making water tank 54 capable of improving ice-making efficiency by suppressing increases in concentrations of the impurities contained in ice-making water is divided into a circulating tank section 58 and a retention tank section 60 by a partition plate 62. The ice-making water stored within the circulating tank section 58 and the ice-making water stored within the retention tank section 60 are made movable between each other by a communication hole 64. A capacity of the retention tank section 60 is set to have a capacity greater than that of the circulating tank section 58. Above the retention tank section 60 is covered with a guide 52c of a mechanical base 52, and the un-iced water cooled during ice-making operation is collected only into the circulating tank section 58 via an opening 52d opening downward above the circulating tank section 58.

摘要: A first operation of a lever causes a valve rod to retract axially through a second valve element seated on a second valve seat against a first resilient part, while a first valve element to leave a first valve seat open to pour beer from a beer pouring nozzle through a beer supply channel. A second operation of the lever causes a slider to advance axially against a second resilient part to be spaced away from the valve rod forcing the first valve element to be seated on the first valve seat, while the second valve element to leave the second valve seat open to effect frothing of the beer from a liquid passage and pour the resulting froth through holes defined in a sleeve.

摘要: An ice making machine is provided comprising an ice making chamber and an ice reservoir defined by an insulating material. Ice making plates are vertically disposed beneath a water sprinkler for receiving ice-making water supplied therefrom. The ice-making machine further comprises an ice-making water tank for storing the ice-making water, and an assembly of a pump and a motor for supplying the ice-making water stored in the ice-making water tank to the water sprinkler. An insulating rear panel of a predetermined shape is arranged along the ice making plates between a machine chamber and the ice making chamber. The rear panel is formed by bending one insulating panel into the predetermined shape at a given portion thereof for the arrangement between the machine chamber and the ice making chamber.

摘要: An ice dispenser comprises an ice making device including an auger that rotates around a substantially vertical axis; a chip ice stocker having a cylindrical wall formed around an agitator that is attached to an upper end portion of the auger, and an opening formed on the cylindrical wall; and an opening open/closure device including a shutter pivotably joined to a bracket that is attached to the cylindrical wall via a connecting shaft, a plunger that is actuated at right angle to the connecting shaft by the electromagnetic action of a solenoid fixed on the bracket, and a link for joining the shutter and the plunger, a supporting pivot attached to the link parallel to the connecting shaft, a shutter lock arm pivotably supported around the supporting pivot and having a hollow portion shaped so as to engage an outer peripheral surface of the connecting shaft, and shutter lock spring means for locking the shutter by applying spring force to the shutter lock arm pivoted around the supporting pivot thereby pressing the hollow portion on the outer peripheral surface of the connecting shaft. The connecting shaft is provided with a sleeve formed from material which is softer than the shutter lock arm, and having an outer periphery surface which engages to the hollow portion.

摘要: A production system of electrolyzed water of the type which includes a first brine tank arranged to store an amount of saturated brine, a second brine tank arranged to be supplied with the saturated brine from the first brine tank through an electrically operated pinch valve and fresh water from an external source of water through an electrically operated water supply valve for storing an amount of diluted brine, and an electrolyzer arranged to electrolyze the diluted brine supplied from the second brine tank for production of electrolyzed water. In the production system, there are provided a conductivity sensor for detecting conductivity of the diluted brine in the second brine tank, an ammeter for detecting a direct current applied to the electrolyzer, and an electric controller adapted to control the pinch valve in such a manner that the second brine tank is supplied with the saturated brine from the first brine tank when the conductivity of the diluted brine detected by the sensor becomes lower than a reference value and to correct the reference value in accordance with the direct current detected by the ammeter.

摘要: Disclosed is a mechanism for detecting completion of ice formation and for preventing such opacification of ice pieces in an ice making machine, in which a multiplicity of freezing fingers formed on the lower surface of a freezing base plate are dipped in the water supplied to a freezing chamber defined in a water tray to carry out a freezing operation and form inverted dome-shaped ice pieces gradually around the freezing fingers; characterized in that the mechanism consists of a rocking plate which is rocked with respect to the freezing fingers by a rocking means; and a position detector which is actuated when a predetermined size of ice pieces are formed around the freezing fingers, and the rocking plate is brought into contact with these ice pieces. In this ice making machine, completion of formation of ice pieces around the freezing fingers is designed to be detected easily and securely by the signal from the position detector, and also transparent ice pieces of high commercial value free from opacification can be formed, while opacification of ice pieces to be formed around the freezing fingers can effectively be prevented since the water to be frozen in the water tray is fully agitated by the rocking motion of the rocking plate having formed thereon a multiplicity of through holes and/or side walls also having such through holes.
