    摘要: A process for producing rigid polyurethane foams or rigid polyisocyanurate foams is provided. The process contains the reaction of polyisocyanate, fatty acid modified polyetherpolyol, polyetherpolyol, optionally flame retardant, blowing agent, catalyst, and optionally further auxiliary and/or admixture agent, wherein the polyetherpolyol is obtained by a process containing reacting orthotolylenediamine and optionally further co-starters with alkylene oxide containing ethylene oxide wherein the ethylene oxide content is more than 20 wt %, and then reacting the reaction product with alkylene oxide containing propylene oxide wherein the 1,2-propylene oxide content is more than 20 wt %, in the presence of a catalyst.

    摘要: A urethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive including a polyurethane-based resin, in which: the polyurethane-based resin includes a polyurethane-based resin obtained by curing a composition containing a polyol (A) and a polyfunctional isocyanate compound (B); and the polyol (A) contains a polyol (A1) having 3 OH groups and a number-average molecular weight Mn of 8,000 to 20,000. The urethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is excellent in reworkability, initial wettability, and transparency, and is preferably excellent in adhesive residue-preventing property, that preferably has a large wetting rate, and that is preferably prevented from showing external appearance unevenness due to orange peel. Also provided is a surface protective film using such urethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive in its pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Further provided is an optical member or electronic member to which such surface protective film is attached.

    摘要: A resin composition includes: a polyol (A) having two or more OH groups; a polyfunctional isocyanate compound (B); and a catalyst (C), in which: the content ratio of the polyfunctional isocyanate compound (B) with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polyol (A) is 1 part by weight to 100 parts by weight; and the catalyst (C) includes an iron complex compound. The resin composition can serve as a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that is a material for forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a polyurethane-based resin, the resin composition showing extremely high reactivity without any use of a tin compound as a catalyst, allowing a cross-linking reaction between a polyol and a polyfunctional isocyanate compound to rapidly progress, and being capable of providing a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having high transparency. Also provided are a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and a surface protective film each including such pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

The polyurethane includes the reaction product of an aromatic isocyanate component and a polyol component. The polyol component includes a polyol derived from an aromatic amine-based initiator and an aliphatic polyether polyol. The polyol derived from the aromatic amine-based initiator has a nominal functionality of 4. The aliphatic polyether polyol has a nominal functionality of from 2 to 4. The weight ratio of the polyol derived from the aromatic amine-based initiator and the aliphatic polyether polyol is from about 1:2 to 2:1. A method of forming the encapsulated particle is also provided.

    摘要: A polyurethane foam and a resin composition that may be used to form the polyurethane foam are provided. The resin composition includes a first polyol based upon ethylene diamine and having about 100% ethylene oxide capping and present in an amount of from about 0.3 to about 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the resin composition, a second polyol, and a physical blowing agent having at least 4 carbon atoms. The polyurethane foam includes the reaction product of an isocyanate component and the resin composition comprising the first and second polyol, in the presence of the physical blowing agent. A method of forming the polyurethane foam on a substrate combines the isocyanate component and the resin composition to form a reaction mixture. The reaction mixture is applied onto the substrate to form the polyurethane foam.
