摘要: An array substrate and a display panel are disclosed. The display panel includes: a color filter substrate; an array substrate; and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the color filter substrate and the array substrate. The color filter substrate is divided into opaque regions and light-transmissive regions by a black matrix. The array substrate includes pixel regions defined by gate lines and data lines, pixel electrodes, first signal lines, and common electrodes. The common electrodes and the first signal lines are electrically connected through bridge structures. Each bridge structure includes a first part, a second part, and a third part. The first part is connected to one of the first signal lines, the third part is connected to one of the common electrodes, and a projection of the second part falls within a projection of one of the data lines or one of the gate lines.

摘要: A manufacturing method for an array substrate is provided. A protrusion column is formed through a mask process of a color filter film and a mask process of a black matrix, and using the protrusion column to realize the function of a Sub PS so that a mask for manufacturing the Sub PS is not required in order to reduce the type and the number of the masks for manufacturing the PS, simplify the manufacturing process, and decrease the production cost. The present invention also provides an array substrate and a liquid crystal display panel adopting the above manufacturing method.

摘要: A display device, a display panel, an array substrate and a driving method thereof are provided. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array, m number of gate electrode lines extending along a first direction, a plurality of data lines and m number of lead wires extending along a second direction. The plurality of pixel units are arranged in pixel columns along the second direction and m number of pixel rows along the first direction. Each pixel column is disposed between two adjacent data lines. Pixel units in an ith pixel row are connected to an ith gate electrode line, and the ith gate electrode line is connected to an ith lead wire, where i is a positive integer and 1≤i≤m. The pixel units in the ith pixel row are connected to different data lines far away from the ith lead wire, respectively.

摘要: A liquid crystal display panel includes first and second substrates, first pixel electrodes, second pixel electrodes, common electrodes, first auxiliary electrodes, and a liquid crystal layer. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first and the second substrates. The first pixel electrodes, the second pixel electrodes, and the common electrodes are disposed on the first substrate. The first auxiliary electrodes are disposed on the second substrate. One of the first pixel electrodes is not overlapping one of the first auxiliary electrodes in a vertical projection direction. A driving method of the liquid crystal display panel includes setting a first voltage difference in a wide viewing mode and a second voltage difference in a narrow viewing mode between the first auxiliary electrodes and the common electrodes and, respectively. The first voltage difference is less than the second voltage difference.

摘要: The present invention provides a curved liquid crystal display panel. In the curved liquid crystal display panel of the present invention, a TFT substrate is provided thereon with a black matrix corresponding to a trunk portion of a pixel electrode such that portions of the sub-pixels within two opposite side zones of the curved liquid crystal display panel that generate dark patterns and portions of the sub-pixels within a central zone of the curved liquid crystal display panel having the same width as that of the dark patterns are shielded, whereby through sacrifice of a portion of aperture ratio, the brightness of the curved liquid crystal display panel is made homogenized through all areas thereof thereby preventing brightness difference between the central zone and two opposite side zones of the curved liquid crystal display panel.

摘要: A method for transmitting image data to a display device at high speed is provided. Image data to be transmitted is input to a phase modulation portion, and is mixed with a high-frequency carrier wave. The carrier wave is modulated with a technique of phase-shift keying, and output to a transmission line determined in consideration of the transmission characteristics of the high-frequency wave. A phase regulating portion of the phase modulation portion has a function of adjusting the amount of change in phase with the use of an electric signal. A phase demodulation portion beyond the transmission line demodulates the modulated carrier wave and extracts the image data. The multi-bit image data can be transmitted by the technique of the phase-shift keying. The high-speed transmission enables serial conversion of the original image data and decreases the number of transmission lines.

摘要: The touch display panel drive circuit provided by the present invention comprises a data line drive unit, a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines, and a junction of two adjacent gate lines and two adjacent data lines forms a pixel region, and a pixel switch is located inside the pixel region; the touch display panel drive circuit further comprises a data line switch between the data line and the data line drive unit; as the data line drive unit does not output the data signal, an output of the data line switch is a high-impedance state, and the data line drive unit is disconnected with the pixel switch. The present invention can prevent the error reading phenomenon generated by the transistor leakage, and can enhance the display brightness and the stability of the display image, and promote the display effect of the touch display panel.
