Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for suppressing aggregation of polypeptide. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for suppressing, in a solution comprising an antibody or an Fc region-containing protein, formation of an aggregate derived from an antibody or an Fc region-containing protein having a non-native conformation, the method comprising: the steps of (i) binding an AF.2A1 polypeptide or an analog thereof with an aggregate derived from the antibody or Fc region-containing protein having a non-native conformation in the solution; and (ii) collecting the aggregate bound to the polypeptide or analog thereof from the solution.

Abstract: Provided is a multi-channel brain-functional near infrared spectroscopy device capable of easily levelling detector noise. The following control is performed: setting transmittances of all of optical attenuators to 1, setting intensities of all of light sources to a maximum light intensity within a safe irradiation range; determining the effective illumination intensity of each light source probe i as well as a minimum effective illumination intensity and a maximum effective illumination intensity thereof; changing the transmittance ai of each optical attenuator i on the light source probe side to [the minimum effective illumination intensity/effective illumination intensity of each light source probe i], thereby levelling the effective illumination intensity; and increasing the intensities of all of the light sources by W=[the maximum effective illumination intensity/the minimum effective incident efficiency] times, and determining the effective detection rate of each detector probe j as well as the minimum effective detection rate thereof; and performing control so as to level the effective detection rate by changing the transmittance aj of each optical attenuator j on the detector probe side to [the minimum effective detection rate/effective detection rate of each detector probe j], thereby equalizing detector noise among all the channels k.

Abstract: Composite resin granules 5 contain a binder resin 2 and a thermally conductive filler. The thermally conductive filler includes a non-anisotropic thermally conductive filler 3 and an anisotropic thermally conductive filler 4. The composite resin granules containing the binder resin and the thermally conductive filler are formed into a spherical shape. The particles of the anisotropic thermally conductive filler 4 are oriented in random directions. A thermally conductive rein molded body 6 of the present invention is obtained by compressing the composite resin granules 5. Thus, the present invention provides the thermally conductive resin molded body that has relatively high thermal conductivities in the in-plane direction and the thickness direction, well-balanced directional properties of thermal conduction, and a low specific gravity, the composite resin granules suitable for the thermally conductive resin molded body, and methods for producing them.
