Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a method and apparatus for transmitting uplink data in a wireless communication system. More specifically, a method of transmitting uplink data in a wireless communication system may include mapping, by user equipment (UE), uplink data to a Segmented Physical Resource Block (SPRB), mapping, by the UE, a Demodulation Reference Signal (DMRS) related to the SPRB to a Physical Resource Block (PRB) to which the SPRB belongs, and transmitting, by the UE, the uplink data and the DMRS to a eNB. The SPRB may be defined as a set of resource elements segmented from a pair of the PRBs in a time domain, and the DMRS may be generated using a cyclic shift value predetermined corresponding to the SPRB.
Abstract:
A method for gaining access according to one embodiment of the present invention in which a station (STA) gains access to a medium in wireless communication system comprises the steps of: sensing a carrier wave for a medium so as to transmit a set frame; and, if the medium is busy, executing a random back-off procedure, wherein the starting point of the random back-off procedure is indicated by a second parameter randomly selected from within a range in accordance with a first parameter.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving periodic data on the basis of a power save mode in a wireless LAN. The method for transmitting and receiving periodic data in a wireless LAN comprises: a step for receiving, by an access point (AP), each of a plurality of uplink frames including periodic uplink/downlink transmission fields, from each of a plurality of stations (STA); a step for determining, by the AP, a downlink resource for each of the plurality of periodic downlink frames to be transmitted to each of the plurality of STAs, and an uplink resource for each of the plurality of periodic uplink frames to be transmitted by each of the plurality of STAs; and a step for transmitting, by the AP, a multi-user (MU) scheduling frame including information on the downlink resource and information on the uplink resource, to each of the plurality of STAs.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a device for updating system information in a wireless LAN system. A method for updating system information in a station (STA) of a wireless communication system may comprise transmitting, by the STA which stores system information and a configuration change count value of a previously linked preferred access point (AP), a probe request frame for active scanning to the preferred AP; and receiving a probe response frame from the preferred AP. Preferably, the probe request frame includes a configuration change count field previously acquired from the preferred AP, and if a value of the configuration change count field included in the probe request frame is different from a present configuration change count value of the preferred AP, the probe response frame may include one or more elements of system information which should be updated by the STA.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a wireless communication system, and in particular to a data transmission operation of an AP in a wireless LAN system. To this end, the AP may obtain information on a STA located at an overlapping basic service set (OBSS) from among STAs connected to the AP, and determines, based thereon, (1) whether to transmit data from the AP through a downlink oriented channel or a general channel different from the downlink oriented channel, or (2) whether to use one or more of a distributed coordination function (DCF) procedure and an enhanced distributed channel access (EDCA) procedure.
Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a method by which an NAN terminal transmits an NAN service discovery frame on a discovery window (DW) in a wireless communication system, and the method for transmitting an NAN service discovery frame comprises the steps of: determining a time that a packet is available for transmitting; starting a countdown according to a backoff counter of an NAN discovery frame from the time at which a packet is available for transmission; and transmitting the NAN service discovery frame when the countdown is finished, wherein if the NAN terminal transmits a synch beacon frame on the DW, the NAN service discovery frame is capable of being transmitted only when the synch beacon frame is transmitted.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. Disclosed are a method for searching for a device and an apparatus therefor. To this end, the method for searching for a device of a first wireless device comprises: transmitting a probe request frame; and receiving a probe response frame from a second wireless device in response to the probe request frame, wherein the probe response frame may contain information on an access point (AP) to which the second wireless device is currently connected.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a channel access method and an apparatus therefor. A channel access method in a wireless LAN includes the steps of determining whether an STA (station) changes a first access category for a probe request frame; and if a first access category is changed to a second access category, performing a back-off process for enabling the STA to transmit the probe request frame based on the second access category, wherein the second access category may have a lower priority than the first access category.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more specifically, disclosed are a method and an apparatus for filtering-based scanning in a WLAN system. A method for a station (STA) setting up a high-speed link in the wireless communication system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: transmitting a first frame comprising filtering information to at least one access point (AP); and receiving a second frame from a portion or all of the at least one AP, wherein whether to transmit the second frame can be determined on the basis of the filtering information.
Abstract:
A method for performing wireless communication by a first device, and an apparatus supporting same are provided. The method may comprise the steps of: receiving, from a second device, information related to a time duration in which channel access based on channel sensing during a certain time duration is performed; performing sensing for a channel within the time duration; and transmitting, to the second device, termination information of the time duration on the basis that the channel is busy.
