Abstract:
For continuous development of X-ray film in a processing tank, a processing solution having a plurality of partial stocks diluted with water is replenished to the tank. The replenishing system includes a cartridge having discrete compartments partitioned therein and filled with the partial stocks and a storage tank having discrete compartments partitioned therein, wherein the partial stocks are transferred from the cartridge compartments into the storage tank compartments, respectively, and the partial stocks are then pumped from the storage tank compartments in amounts corresponding to a desired mix proportion of the partial stocks to the processing tank along with the diluent water.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a process for the surface treatment of a conductive material which comprises the steps of disposing a DC electrode having a base material of the conductive material thereon and an RF electrode in a reaction vessel so that the electrodes are parallel to each other; forming a reduced pressure space of a predetermined gas in the vessel; and applying simultaneously a direct current voltage to the DC electrode and a radio-frequency power to the RF electrode so that a surface of the base material is subjected to bombardment treatment under DC discharge and RF discharge. Since the surface treatment of the present invention is effected while causing DC discharge and RF discharge simultaneously, film formation can be made on the thus surface-treated base material with a good adhesion. Further, an abnormal surface layer formed by electric discharge machining can be readily removed without leaving its corner portion and residual tensile stress introduced by electric discharge machining can also be relieved.

C., and the core-shell polymer having an acetone soluble fraction of not more than 3% by weight based on the core-shell polymer.
Abstract:
An integrated circuit is disclosed in which a plurality of semiconductor substrates are stacked in such a manner that an insulating board, provided with (1) structure, such as grooves, for transmitting a coolant so as to dissipate heat, and (2) an electrical interconnection member for electrically connecting adjacent semiconductor substrates, is sandwiched between semiconductor substrates. In order to attain the high-speed signal transmission between a semiconductor substrate and an insulating board, a signal current flows not only in a main surface of the semiconductor substrate but also in directions perpendicular to the main surface. The insulating board may be formed of an insulating silicon carbide plate which has a plurality of grooves filled with a metal.

Abstract:
A laminated multilayer electric circuit is comprised of wafers having each internal electric circuits and laminated one after another. A signal transfer circuit used in the laminated multilayer electric circuit for transfer of signals between the wafers through an electrostatic capacitor has a receiving circuit of sufficiently high input resistance for receiving a signal from a capacitance electrode forming the electrostatic capacitor, and a circuit for clamping the level of the signal substantially within the input amplitude for the receiving circuit. The signal transfer circuit permits the signal transfer to be performed not through a flip-flop or the like and consequently at high speeds.
