摘要: A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided to automatically detect changes in width of road segments in real-time or near real-time using probe data, such as probe data collected from vehicle and/or mobile devices traveling along a road segment. Probe data collected in real-time or near real-time is partitioned in order to identify width-defining portions of the probe data. The width-defining portions may be representative of the laterally-extreme lanes of the road segment, such as the left-most lane and the right-most lane. The width-defining portions are compared to corresponding width-defining portions of historical probe data to determine measures indicative of whether a road segment has expanded or narrowed. Indications of detected segment width changes may be provided to drivers and/or other systems or users. For example, map data for the road segment may be updated to reflect a detected width expansion or narrowing of the road segment.

摘要: A downhole valve, such as a safety valve or sub-sea safety valve (SSSV). The downhole valve comprising: a housing; a flow path between a valve inlet and a valve outlet; a valve mechanism; and a piston member; wherein the valve mechanism is operable by actuation of the piston member to selectively open and close the flow path between the valve inlet and valve outlet; and the piston member is actuatable by a pressure differential between an annulus pressure at the valve and a pressure at the valve outlet and/or in a portion of the flow path closest to the valve outlet. The valve can comprise an opening for receiving the annular pressure that is isolated from the valve inlet and valve outlet. The downhole valve can be configured such that it prevents operation of the valve mechanism to open and/or close the flow path by a pressure differential between the valve inlet and valve outlet.

摘要: Embodiments provide for predicting rowhammer attack vulnerability of one or more memory cells of a direct random access memory (DRAM) chip, the DRAM chip including a plurality of memory cells. An example method, determines, for each memory cell of a subset of memory cells of the plurality of memory cells, a leakage time t, a resistance of intrinsic leakage RL based at least in part on the leakage time t, an activation time of an adjacent aggressor row to flip a bit in the memory cell, a resistance of coupling leaking RSW based at least in part on the activation time, and a toggling count. The method identifies, based at least in part on one or more of the RSW, RL, or toggling count, whether the direct random memory access (DRAM) chip is vulnerable to a rowhammer attack.

摘要: An anti-fuse memory unit circuit, an array circuit and a reading and writing method are disclosed. The advantages of the device and method include: 1. the anti-fuse memory cell circuit is a pure combinational circuit, compared to time sequence circuit, after a delay of a certain time, this disclosed device closes all paths and stops the logic action of entire circuit, thus lowering the static power consumption to approximately 0; 2. this circuit constituted two positive feedback loops through the design of a switch and a logic calculation module, which enables its readout circuit to read “0” or “1” more reliably; 3. this circuit can eliminate a complicated timing sequence control part, even output the anti-fuse codes directly without latching the readout circuit output OUTA/OUTB; 4. this circuit layout is flexible.
