    Abstract: A magnetic head follows a track in a hard disk drive as positioned by micro-actuator and voice coil motor. Embodiments operate two control paths. The micro-actuator control path generates a version of micro-actuator control signal stimulating the micro-actuator. The voice coil motor control path generates a version of voice coil control signal, amplified based upon tuning gain to stimulate voice coil motor. A decoupling feedback filter decouples these control paths, using the micro-actuator control signal version. Either control path may include a notch filter. A track following command, with PES removed, directs the micro-actuator control. The servo-controller may digitally support the invention, which may include the servo-controller program system. An implementation may be optimized within a hard disk drive, possibly as part of the manufacturing process. The hard disk drive is a product of that process.

    Abstract: There is provided a bracket for securing a side airbag for an automotive vehicle. The bracket fixes a path such that a connection strap connecting the side airbag to the bracket is secured to an A-pillar and removes any interference when the side airbag is assembled, to make it easy to assemble the side airbag in a manufacturing site. The bracket has a through aperture through which a bolt is fastened, and a mounting plate secures the side airbag to the vehicle. Protrusions are each formed on each of both side ends of the bracket, and a bracket clip is installed on the external surface of the bracket. The bracket clip comprises: a bending part formed in the middle of the bracket clip; a plurality of support plates formed at either side of the bending part; and through apertures formed on the support plates, corresponding to the through aperture of the bracket. In the present invention, the path of the connection strap connecting the side airbag to the bracket is fixed by the bracket, and there is no interference when the bracket is assembled to install the side airbag in the A-pillar. Therefore, the assembling efficiency is improved, time is save, and productivity is improved in the manufacturing site.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes forming conductive structures on a substrate. Each of the conductive structures has a line shape that extends along a first direction parallel to the substrate. Insulating spacers are formed on upper sidewalls of the conductive structures. An insulating interlayer is formed that covers the conductive structures. A portion of the insulating interlayer between the conductive structures is etched to form a contact hole. An upper portion of the contact hole is larger than a lower portion thereof. The upper portion of the contact hole has a first width along the first direction and a second width along a second direction parallel to the substrate and substantially perpendicular to the first direction.
