Abstract:
The invention is a sex toy to provide sexual pleasure. More specifically, the invention is directed to a hand-portable sex toy. The sex toy is powered by a pleasure drive assembly located in a housing. The pleasure drive assembly comprises an electric motor, first and second gear assembles, and a cross-shaft with a plurality of discs attached thereto. The electric motor has a through shaft with first and second opposite ends which are respectively operably coupled to first and second gear assemblies. The first and second gear assemblies are operably coupled to the cross-shaft. Upon activation of the motor the discs are rotated to provide sexual pleasure. A flexible cover such as, but not limited to, an elastomeric cover is stretched at least partially over the rotating discs. In normal use the sex toy is inserted into a woman's vagina to provide pleasure.
Abstract:
A walking assist device evaluates the degree of asymmetry between a left motion oscillator, which is a waveform signal indicative of the time-dependent change form of an output of a left hip joint angle sensor, and a right motion oscillator, which is a waveform signal indicative of the time-dependent change form of an output of a right hip joint angle sensor. In order to reduce the degree of asymmetry, the value of at least one of a left bending coefficient, a left stretching coefficient, a right bending coefficient, and a right stretching coefficient is adjusted.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for controlling a wearable control momentum gyroscopic stabilization device for diagnosing, treating, and/or assisting subjects who suffer from a balance disorder. The device can be configured for balance diagnosis assessment and/or physical therapy to produce one or a series of torques in a direction that cause a subject to become imbalanced and could be controlled through automated sensors, a preset program, or controls operated by either the subject or an individual supervising of a balance therapy exercise.
Abstract:
An intelligent walker includes a holder, a support frame, a sensing grip, a driving device, and a control device. The support frame is configured for supporting the holder. The bottom side of the support frame is disposed with a plurality of wheels. The driving device is configured for driving the wheels so as to move the intelligent walker. The sensing grip is disposed behind the holder and has a pressure-sensing element. The pressure-sensing element is configured for sensing the magnitude of a force of a user's hands and a position of the user's hands on the sensing grip and for generating a sensing signal. The control device is connected to the pressure-sensing element and the driving device, and configured for receiving the sensing signal and generating a control signal. The driving device receives the control signal and correspondingly changes the movement speed and direction of the intelligent walker.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for interactive treatments of female sexual disorders are presented. A programmable sexual stimulation device is provided, which transmits and receives data relating to the use and function of the device. The sexual stimulation device may be programmed to implement a particular combination of mechanical actions which have been customized by a user or a health care professional involved in the treatment or preference of the user. The device may also collect data on the type of mechanical actions input by the user and transmit the data to a remote location for viewing by the user or the healthcare professional. The device may also communicate with external devices which aid in the treatment programs, such as audio or image display devices which can coordinate the function of the sexual stimulation device with the presentation of audio or visual information to provide additional sources of sexual arousal to the user.
Abstract:
An object of the disclosed invention is to provide a wearable power assist system that is light weight and capable of assisting in various situations. The invention is used to select a joint to be assisted according to a desired action and transmitting a force generated by an actuator to assist the joint and to an assist the outer skeleton.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a massage apparatus having a massage pressure sensing and adapting drive mechanism (50). The apparatus comprises a movable base frame (30) at the bottom, a massage mechanism (40) and a pressure sensing and adapting drive mechanism (50). The massage mechanism (40) and the pressure sensing and adapting drive mechanism (50) are provided on the movable base frame (30). The massage mechanism (40) comprises a left and a right clamp plate (1), a linking post (2), a malaxation part and a pummelling part. The left and right clamp plates (1) are fixedly provided on the movable base frame (30), and the malaxation part and the pummelling part are provided between the left and right clamp plates (1). The massage apparatus is mainly used for a massage chair or massage bed, can automatically sense the massage pressure and can automatically adjust the message pressure in real-time within a provided pressure range according to the different body types of users. The massage apparatus can automatically adapt to changes in the height and the curvature of the back of the human body in the course of massaging, performing manipulation, malaxation, pummelling, and finger pressure massage on a person of any body type, and can provide the desired massage pressure.
Abstract:
In at least one aspect, there is provided a system for generating force about one or more joints including a soft exosuit having a plurality of anchor elements and at least one connection element disposed between the plurality of anchor elements. The system also includes at least one sensor to determine a force the at least one connection element or at least one of the plurality of anchor elements and to output signals relating to the force, at least one actuator configured to change a tension in the soft exosuit and at least one controller configured to receive the signals output from the at least one sensor and actuate the at least one actuator responsive to the received signals.
Abstract:
A robotic module which can be attached to an exercise apparatus provides enhanced physical therapy for victims of stroke or other maladies or accidents by simulating normal or arbitrarily modified profiles of angular position of an extremity such as a foot in accordance with a position of that extremity along a locus of repetitive motion. A closed-loop control system which is included in the module provides regulation which reduces or avoids spastic responses often found in poststroke patients during gait rehabilitation.
