    Abstract: An implant delivery system for delivering a replacement heart valve implant to a native heart valve may include an elongate shaft assembly including an implant holding portion configured to constrain a replacement heart valve implant in a radially collapsed configuration. The elongate shaft assembly may include a plurality of longitudinal marker elements configured to be visible under fluoroscopy with an imaging device. The plurality of longitudinal marker elements is configured to rotationally align commissure posts of the replacement heart valve implant with native valve commissures of the native heart valve under fluoroscopy with the imaging device when the replacement heart valve implant is shifted to a radially expanded configuration within the native heart valve.

    Abstract: Suction valves for selectively fluidly coupling a suction pump with a working channel. An illustrative suction valve may comprise an elongate shaft having a longitudinal axis and extending from a first end to a second end, at least one aperture extending through a sidewall of the elongate shaft, a rigid base extending radially outward from an outer surface of the elongate shaft, and a compliant member extending between a first surface of the rigid base and the first end of the elongate shaft.     Abstract: This disclosure provides alternative medical imaging systems and methods for vascular imaging co-registration. Methods include obtaining extravascular imaging data of a portion of a blood vessel including an extravascular image showing an intravascular imaging device disposed within the vessel with an imaging element disposed at a starting location for a translation procedure. The extravascular image also includes an extravascular contrast image showing the portion of the blood vessel with contrast showing a visualized anatomical landmark. Intravascular imaging data is obtained during the translation procedure that includes one or more intravascular images showing a detected anatomical landmark. The starting location and the ending location of the imaging element on the extravascular imaging data is marked, and the predicted location of the detected anatomical landmark on the extravascular imaging data is marked. The predicted location of the detected anatomical landmark is then aligned with the visualized anatomical landmark.

    Abstract: The present disclosure includes devices, systems, and methods for reducing signal noise in endoscopic rotational imaging. Many embodiments include an elongate member that includes an impedance matching network disposed between a proximal imaging core and a distal imaging core. In many such embodiments, the elongate member may connect a controller at the proximal end and include a rotational transducer at the distal end. In various embodiments, the proximal and distal imaging cores may include a plurality of insulated conductors disposed within a shield (e.g., a shielded twisted pair (STP)). In various such embodiments, the insulated conductors may be utilized to communicate differential signals between the controller and the rotational imaging transducer. In some embodiments, the insulated conductors in the proximal imaging core may have a larger diameter than the insulated conductors in the distal imaging core.
