    摘要: The semiconductor package includes a dielectric layer, a trace layer, a conductive layer, a die and an underfill layer. The dielectric layer has first side and an opposing dielectric layer second side. Multiple vias extend through the dielectric layer from the dielectric layer first side to the dielectric layer second side. Multiple solder balls are disposed at the dielectric layer second side. Each of the solder balls is electrically coupled to a different one of the vias. The die is electrically coupled to the solder balls. The conductive layer is disposed between the dielectric layer second side and the die. The conductive layer defines a window there through for allowing the solder balls to electrically couple to the vias without contacting the conductive layer, i.e., no physical or electrical contact. The underfill layer is formed between the die and the conductive layer, while the trace layer is formed at the dielectric layer first side. Traces of the trace layer electrically couple the vias to other solder balls.

    摘要: Broadband light source systems, devices, and methods with a tunable spectrum are described by multiplexing a plurality of light sources, such as LEDs, with thin-film filters or diffraction gratings. A plurality of light sources with different or same wavelengths are multiplexed together to construct a combined broadband light source. A diffraction grating diffracts light beams from the plurality of light sources to a slit-shaped aperture, depending on selected light sources, the relative positions of the light sources to the slit-shaped aperture, and the type of grating to produce a tunable spectrum.

    摘要: A liquid injection system for a processing chamber includes a liquid injector that receives a liquid from a liquid supply and that selectively pulses the liquid into a conduit. A control module selects a number of pulses and a pulse width of the liquid injector. A gas supply supplies gas into the conduit. A sensor senses at least one of a first temperature and a first pressure in the conduit and that generates at least one of a first temperature signal and a first pressure signal, respectively. The control module confirms that the selected number of pulses occur based on the at least one of the first temperature signal and the first pressure signal.

    摘要: A method of drilling holes in a work piece includes receiving a laser beam directed along an optical path; and directing the laser beam through a beam former, disposed in the optical path, to form an array of sub-beams of a first pitch size. The method demagnifies the array of sub-beams to form a reduced-size pattern of a second pitch size on the work piece. The array of sub-beams is translated, or moved in a perpendicular direction to the optical path. After translating the array of sub-beams, the method forms the reduced-size pattern of the second pitch size on the work piece. The second pitch size may be smaller than the wavelength of the laser beam.
