Abstract:
A more effective noise reduction method is provided. In the method, when mass spectrum information having a spatial distribution is processed, the whole data is taken as three-dimensional data (positional information is stored in an xy plane, and spectral information is stored along a z-axis direction), and three-dimensional wavelet noise reduction is performed by applying preferable basis functions to a spectral direction and a peak distribution direction (in-plane direction).
Abstract:
The present invention is to provide an agent for treating Crohn's disease that is of unknown cause and for which no radical therapeutic drug is present. Provided is an agent for preventing or treating Crohn's disease, comprising an organic acid polymer represented by the following formula: [(O1/2)3Ge-A-CO2H]n, wherein n is 100-1,000, and A is a lower alkyl group. Preferably, A is a C1-C3 lower alkyl group and the degree of polymerization n is 200-900. The organic acid polymer according to the present invention is effective as an agent for treating Crohn's disease.
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a probe needle having beams and a contactor placed on tips of the beams comprises preparing a Si wafer 20, forming a seed layer 21 on the Si wafer 20, and forming grooves in a desired shape of the beams on the seed layer 21 by patterning a photoresist 23. Subsequently, the grooves are filled up with metal-plated layers 24a, 24b to form the desired shape of beams.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a method of comprehensively visualizing a constituent in tumor tissue or the like at a cellular level. The present invention provides a method of forming a two-dimensional distribution image of a target constituent based on information on the mass of constituents of the tissue section wherein, as the internal standard material, any one of actin, tubulin and GAPDH is used in the intracellular region, one of histone and nucleic acid is used in the nuclear region, and one of albumin and cytokine is used in the extracellular region.
Abstract:
An aqueous solution containing an adhesion promoter in an amount of 20 vol. % or more is heated and vaporized to a temperature of 80 to 100° C. to produce a water-containing adhesion promoter vapor, and the water-containing adhesion promoter vapor is adhered to and condensed on a surface of a substrate, to cause a heating and dehydrating reaction by which the adhesion promoter is adhered to the surface of the substrate.
Abstract:
To provide a beverage dispenser capable of appropriately and smoothly supplying a supercooled beverage.[Solving Means] The present invention provides a beverage dispenser 1 which supplies a beverage brought into a supercooled state at a solidifying point or less and which releases the supercooled state in the outside, and the beverage dispenser includes a primary cooling device 13 which cools the beverage to an ice point or so, a beverage supply circuit 7 which supplies the beverage cooled by the primary cooling device 13 to the outside, a brine circuit 31 through which an antifreezing liquid cooled to the solidifying point or less of the beverage is circulated, and a heat exchanger 16 for supercooling the beverage, which performs heat exchange between the beverage flowing through the beverage supply circuit 7 and the antifreezing liquid flowing through the brine circuit 31.
Abstract:
A test specimen is provided which has one or more chemical substances fixed to prescribed plural independent positions on a substrate, and the quantities of the chemical substances fixed at the respective prescribed positions are the total of integer multiples of existence quantity units defined for the respective chemical substances in the range from 1 amol to 1 nmol (excluding the case in which the total quantity is zero).
Abstract:

The method includes placing at least an ionizing agent having two or more functional groups represented by Formula (1) below in a molecule: —(CF2)COOH (1) wherein the ionizing agent has a boiling point of equal to or higher than 150° C. and an object molecule to be measured on a substrate and irradiating the ionizing agent and the object molecule to be measured with a primary beam selected from ions, neutral particles, electrons, and a laser beam.
Abstract:
To provide a DNA micro-array having a nucleic acid probe immobilized on a substrate, which is used to detect a molecule of a target nucleic acid contained in a sample and has a substantially complementary base sequence to the target base sequence of the nucleic acid molecule, including at least one probe selected from the group consisting of: at least one internal standard probe for assay of PCR of the target nucleic acid; at least one external standard probe for a detection operation and assay of an amount of the probe; and a probe for measurement of the amount or density of the nucleic acid probe, formed by the same method as the nucleic acid probe.
Abstract:
In an acceleration sensor detecting inclined displacement of a predetermined article from a basic position, the acceleration sensor (10) includes a sensor chip having a detection plane including one detection axis or two crossing detection axes detecting the inclined displacement. An axis orthogonal to the detection plane of the sensor chip is disposed in parallel with a standard plane of the article in the basic position. Then, the sensor chip obtains an output signal according to the inclined displacement of the standard plane.
