Abstract:
The present invention pertains to methods of depositing low wet etch rate silicon nitride films on substrates using high-density plasma chemical vapor deposition techniques at substrate temperatures below 600° C. The method additionally involves the maintenance of a relatively high ratio of nitrogen to silicon in the plasma and a low process pressure.
Abstract:
A method for forming a compressive film over a field effect transistor over a substrate is provided. The field effect transistor includes a channel region between a drain and a source within the substrate. The channel region is controlled by a gate electrode. The method includes depositing a diamond-like carbon (DLC) film over the field effect transistor to compress the channel region by generating a plasma of a processing gas including a precursor gas and an additive gas, wherein the precursor substantially includes only C2H2 and the additive gas includes Ar.
Abstract:
Access to heterogeneous data sources may be obtained by interactively determining transformations for use in mapping at least one source data component from at least one data source to a target data component. Selection of at least one the source data component is detected. A corresponding list of representative data examples is generated for each selected source data component. A resulting list of representative data examples is compiled for the target data component from the lists of representative data examples of the selected source data components, the resulting list of data examples being representative of the target data component. A modification of an example is identified from the resulting list of examples representative of the target data component, the example being modified as a single textual entity. At least one transformation is determined, by inferring from the modified example, to be applied to at least one source data component.
Abstract:
The present invention, decorative night light device, comprises a supporting frame and a light arrangement. The supporting frame comprises a hollow supporting frame body for providing a replaceable decorative member thereon. The hollow supporting frame body has an inner surface and a continuously light channel indented on the inner surface and defines a peripheral inner wall inclinedly extended from the inner surface. The light arrangement comprise a light control circuit provided at the hollow supporting frame body, and a plurality of illuminators which are electrically connected to the light control circuit and spacedly and inclinedly aligned along the inner wall of the hollow supporting frame body. Each of the illuminators forms as a point of light source for mostly emitting light towards to the middle of the hollow supporting frame body so as to illuminating the decorative member.
Abstract:
The invention provides N-cyclic sulfonamido compounds and salts of Formula I: wherein A is as described in the specification and R1 and R2 combine to form a [3.3.1] or a [3.2.1] ring system, where the nitrogen is attached to the two bridgehead carbons, and the [3.3.1] or [3.2.1] ring systems are optionally fused with an heteroaryl or heterocycloalkyl ring. Compounds of Formula I are useful in treating or preventing cognitive disorders, such as Alzheimer's Disease. The invention also encompasses pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds of Formula I, methods of treating cognitive disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, and the intermediates useful in preparing the compounds of Formula I.

Abstract:
Disclosed are compounds that are bradykinin B1 receptor antagonists and are useful for treating diseases, or relieving adverse symptoms associated with disease conditions, in mammals mediated by bradykinin B1 receptor. Certain of the compounds exhibit increased potency and are also expected to exhibit increased duration of action.
Abstract:
The invention provides a distributed back-up mechanism and a two-step method for facilitating fast control plane recovery in a switched network network. In a preferred embodiment, a Label Information Database (LID) maintained at a control node of a GMPLS network is mirrored to an upstream node using the Label Distribution Protocol (LDP). After a control plane interruption resulting in the LDP restart, the control node, using the mirrored information at the upstream node, conducts first a fast coarse LID recovery wherein only the idle labels are identified, to enable the restarted LDP session to process new connection setup. A detailed LDP state information recovery performs in the background in parallel to the normal LDP operations, e.g. using on-demand LDP queries.
Abstract:
Disclosed are compounds which inhibit β-amyloid peptide release and/or its synthesis, and, accordingly, have utility in treating Alzheimer's disease. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound which inhibits β-amyloid peptide release and/or its synthesis as well as methods for treating Alzheimer's disease both prophylactically and therapeutically with such pharmaceutical compositions.
Abstract:
Label information used by a downstream LSR is mirrored on an upstream LSR. In particular, a copy of the label information database in the downstream LSR from LDP sessions is stored on the upstream LSR. The label information database and corresponding mirror are synchronized. The mirror is employed to facilitate recovery from control plane failure through comparison of the label information database with the mirror. For example, the intersection of the label information database and the mirror may be calculated and employed as the updated label information database and mirror.
