摘要: Inside an engine compartment of a vehicle, an ammonia concentration sensor is arranged above a liquid ammonia injector which is attached to an internal combustion engine body and to the rear in a direction of progression of the vehicle. An ammonia concentration which is detected by the ammonia concentration sensor is used as the basis to judge if ammonia is leaked.

摘要: An ammonia burning internal combustion engine capable of using ammonia as fuel comprises an exhaust purifying catalyst purifying ammonia and NOx in an inflowing exhaust gas and an inflowing gas control system controlling a ratio of ammonia and NOx in the exhaust gas flowing into the exhaust purifying catalyst. The inflowing gas control system controls control parameters of the internal combustion engine so that the ratio of the ammonia and NOx in the exhaust gas flowing into the exhaust purifying catalyst becomes a target ratio. As a result, an internal combustion engine capable of purifying unburned ammonia and NOx in an exhaust gas well by a post-treatment system is provided.

摘要: An oil pan structure (1) includes a lower structure (2) fixed to a lower portion of an engine block, a main oil pan (3) provided under an engine block with the lower structure being between the main oil pan and the engine block, a sub oil pan (5) that is provided in the main oil pan (3) and forms a first chamber (6) and a second chamber (7) inside the main oil pan (3). The sub oil pan (5) is separated into an upper body (5a) and a lower body (5b). The upper body (5a) is formed together with the lower structure (2) by injection molding.
