    摘要: The present invention relates to a three-dimensional printing prototyping system which includes a prototyping chamber having a prototyping table capable of moving up and down by a predetermined range, a material containing chamber containing a powder material and having a material supply table capable of moving up and down by a predetermined range, and a material supplying means for supplying the powder material contained in the material containing chamber to the prototyping table as much as a sectional thickness corresponding to divided section data of a three-dimensional prototype to be prototyped. The system of the present invention comprises a printing head for injecting a photocuring adhesive material to a region, corresponding to the sectional data, on the powder material supplied to the prototyping table; a curing device for photocuring at least the region on which the adhesive material is injected; and a control computer for controlling the printing head and the curing device such that the adhesive material is injected and cured, respectively, on the region corresponding to the divided section data of the three-dimensional prototype. According to the present invention, a period of time required in curing a three-dimensional prototype can be remarkably shortened and the three-dimensional prototype with its superior solidity can be obtained.

    摘要: A variable speed motor includes first and second main windings wound on a stator, and a relay for performing a switching operation between serial/parallel connections of the first and second main windings to control motor speed. The variable speed motor further includes a tap winding connected in series to the main windings, or an additional capacitor, such that it can greatly extend the range of a variable speed without using a drive unit capable of changing the motor speed at an external location, resulting in reduced production costs of the motor, reduced electromagnetic vibration noise, and reduced power consumption.

The method allows laundry to be effectively cleaned using a small quantity of the wash water and minimizes a power consumption rate required to operate the heater through several repetitions of the steps (a) to (c).

    摘要: A drum type washing machine and a method of detecting laundry weight thereof that is capable of calculating a ratio of input voltage applied to a motor through phase control until the motor reaches a determined number of rotations to accurately detect the weight of laundry or the amount of eccentricity of the laundry received in a drum connected to the motor. The drum type washing machine comprises a motor for rotating a drum, and a control unit for controlling the number of rotations of the motor depending upon a washing operation and calculating a ratio of input voltage applied to the motor, i.e., a modified voltage value, to determine the weight of laundry received in the drum. The weight of laundry received in the drum is accurately detected in steps, and therefore, water consumption is reduced, and a uniform washing operation is performed.

    摘要: Disclosed is a template transfer assembly and method that features a template transfer substrate, and a template having first and second sides, with the first side facing away from the template transfer substrate and the second side facing the template transfer substrate and having mold pattern formed thereon. Polymerized imprint material is disposed between the second side and the template transfer substrate to fixedly attach the template to the template transfer substrate. The method of transferring an imprint lithography template includes dispensing a selected volume of imprinting fluid onto the template transfer substrate, placing the template upon the selected volume; and converting the imprinting fluid to solid imprint material. The selected volume of imprint material is of sufficient quantity to fixedly attach the template to the template transfer substrate while maintaining a space between the mold and the template transfer substrate.
