When executed by the processor architecture, the processor-executable instructions cause the processor architecture to obtain workload data indicative of cognitive workloads of members of the team during the course of the designated operation. For each of the plurality of execution phases, the system generates weighted workload scores for participating members of the team, the weighted workload scores being generated from the workload data and from a respective set of weighting values. The respective set of weighting values includes individual weighting values for each of the participating members of the team. For each of the plurality of execution phases, the system presents the weighted workload scores for the participating members of the team in a human-interpretable format.
