    摘要： A system is provided for transferring a voice component and a data component of a service call. The system includes a first call distribution circuit which receives a service call comprising a voice component. A first voice instrument and a first contact control server are coupled to the first call distribution circuit. The first voice instrument receives the voice component. The first contact control server generates a data component related to the voice component. A first workstation, coupled to the first contact control server, receives the data component. A second call distribution circuit receives the voice component in an ISDN-supported transfer call via a first communication path from the first call distribution circuit. The ISDN-supported transfer call specifies an identifier associated with the first voice instrument. The second call distribution circuit determines the identifier from the ISDN-supported transfer call. A second voice instrument and a second contact control server are coupled to the second call distribution circuit. The second voice instrument receives the voice component. The second contact control server receives the data component via a second communication path from the first contact control server. The second contact control server associates the data component and the voice component using the identifier. A second workstation, coupled to the second contact control server, receives the data component.

    摘要： The present invention is a brake for free-wheeling ground engaging vehicles, in particular skateboards. The brake includes a bracket which can be easily mounted to the bottom surface of the skateboard. Pivotally mounted to the bracket is a lever to which is secured brake shoes. The lever is biased by gravitational force to a first position in which the brake shoes are disengaged from the wheels. The lever is positioned for actuation by the rider of the skateboard such that the lever will be rotated to a second position in which the brake shoes engage the wheels.

    摘要： A material is applied to a part. The part is placed in a deposition chamber and a first electric potential is applied to the part. Components are evaporated for forming the material. The evaporated components are ionized. The first electric potential is modulated so as to draw the ionized component to the part. The modulation comprises a plurality of first steps for PA-PVD. Each of the first steps comprises a series of pulses of negative potential. The modulation further comprises a plurality of second steps for PVD alternating with the first steps.

    摘要： An automated press feeds a string of tack pins loaded on a reel. The press shears the part from the string of fasteners and delivers each part individually to a punch for installation. The string of fasteners is pulled from the reel by a sprocket which includes peripheral teeth for engaging the fasteners and for feeding them in a vertical column to a shear station. A horizontally reciprocal shear block severs individual fasteners one-at-a-time from the end of the fastener string at the shear station, each fastener being indexed to the next shear position by incremental rotation of the sprocket. The punch includes vacuum retaining means for lifting each fastener from the shear block.
