At least a major portion of the wrap member (24) includes an outer layer (26), an inner layer (28) and an intermediate layer (30) that is sandwiched between the inner and outer layers, and includes an operative amount of an odor control agent (32). In particular aspects, the intermediate layer (30) can include a nonwoven fibrous web, and the fibrous web can have selected fiber sizes. In another aspect, the intermediate layer (30) of the wrap member (24) can include a meltblown nonwoven web. In further aspects, the outer layer (26) can include a nonwoven fibrous web having particular fiber sizes, and the inner layer (28) can include another nonwoven fibrous web having the same or different fiber sizes.

The present invention provides a shape retaining flexible package having a top surface, a bottom surface and at least one side wall. The top surface and the bottom surface each being directly or indirectly connected to the at least one side wall and form an interior compartment capable of containing a plurality of articles. The top surface of the package has a width and a length. The package also has an opening device located on the top surface. The opening device has at least one line of weakness and the opening device is confined to the top surface such that there is a portion of the top surface located between the opening device and an edge created by the direct or indirect connection of the top surface to the at least one side wall. The opening device has a width at some point along the length of the opening device which is between about 40% and about 99% of the width of the top surface and a length at some point along the width of the opening device which is between about 40% and about 99% of the length of the top surface. The opening device provides for easy opening of the flexible package and provides for easy access to articles within the interior compartment of the flexible package. In addition, the flexible package retains its shape even as the articles are removed from the flexible package.

The protective device 104 includes a base 106 and a wall 108, with the wall designed to enclose a hoof 100 of a bare or shod animal such as a horse or cow. The protective device 104 includes a means for size adjustment 216 such as a sizing opening 214 in combination with a plurality of tread grooves 304, which assists in the adjustment of the size and shape of the hoof to fit a variety of hoofs. The chair includes a base adapted to be positioned on the bottom of the bathtub and defining a seat; a seatback having a lower end pivotally mounted on the base proximate the rear edge of the seat; a U-shaped cage having a pair of arm portion pivotally mounted at their rear ends on the base rearwardly of the seatback pivot axis and a forward bight portion embracing an infant positioned on the seat; and a latch assembly interconnecting the seatback and the cage arm portions and releasable in response to upward pivotal movement of the cage to allow adjusting pivotal movement of the seatback relative to the base. The latch assembly includes an arcuate slot on each of the arms centered on the pivot axis of the seatback and a plurality of notches positioned serially along each arcuate slot on the side of the slot remote from the seatback pivot axis and opening in the respective slot.
