A device and a method for clipping multicarrier signal are provided. The method for clipping multicarrier signal includes: detecting whether an Idle Period in DownLink (IPDL) starts in each subcarrier forming a multicarrier joint signal and generating an IPDL flag just when the IPDL starts in a subcarrier; detecting power of each subcarrier to get a detection result; selecting a clipping filter coefficient according to the IPDL flag and the detection result; performing a clipping processing of the received multicarrier joint signal according to the clipping filter coefficient and outputting the multicarrier joint signal after the clipping processing. Embodiments of the present invention meet demands of an IPDL time template and effectively support an IPDL mechanism in a Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) system on the premise of no multicarrier signal clipping performance is affected.

The present discloses a steel rail for high speed and quasi-high speed railways and a manufacturing method thereof. The steel rail having a superior rolling contact fatigue property can be obtained by reducing content of carbon in conjunction with controlled cooling after rolling. The steel rail includes 0.40-0.64% by weight of C, 0.10-1.00% by weight of Si, 0.30-1.50% by weight of Mn, less than or equal to 0.025% by weight of P, less than or equal to 0.025% by weight of S, less than or equal to 0.005% by weight of Al, more than 0 and less than or equal to 0.05% by weight of a rare earth element, more than 0 and less than or equal to 0.20% by weight of at least one of V, Cr, and Ti, and a remainder of Fe and inevitable impurities. The steel rail manufactured according to the method of the present invention maintains the strength and hardness of the existing steel rail for the high speed railways, while enhancing the toughness, plasticity and yield strength, and an energy value required for initiating and expanding microcracks formed at the surface of the steel rail due to fatigue is increased, and thus under the same conditions, the rolling contact fatigue property of the steel rail can be improved, thereby finally improving the service lifetime and the transportation safety of the steel rail.

The apparatus has a body comprising a handle in the rear portion and a wiping sampling mechanism in the front portion, with a wiping surface located on its underside. The sampling wipe can be in full contact with the surface of the object during wiping to improve wiping efficiency. Correspondingly, a smaller sample inlet port can be disposed on the analyzer so as to save a large amount of sampling wipes. and meanwhile avoid sampling wipes from deformation and folds hard to restore, thereby ensuring subsequent sample insertion operation, enhancing the efficiency of both sample collection and sample injection and improving the detection performance for the analytes to be detected. The method of using said sampling device according to the present invention comprises the following steps: attaching a sampling wipe to the swiping surface; fixing the front end portion of the sampling wipe by using the front holder, and fixing the rear end portion of the sampling wipe by using the rear holder. A method for implementing multicast based on a Multi-Service Transport Platform (MSTP), by establishing a Label Switch Path (LSP) multicast tree branch from a source network node based on the MSTP to multiple destination network nodes. According to the LSP multicast tree branch, data packets can be transmitted in multicast manner from the source network node to multiple destination network nodes, so that the procedure of network node's transmitting the data packets to multiple parts is simplified. In the present invention embodiment, LSP is utilized and multiple protocols label switch is supported, so that service protection function, flow management and flow engineering can be implemented and good QoS guarantee can be provided, which is suitable for large-scale network construction; while the multicast method is simplified and effective, operational and controllable management upon communication networks can be implemented to provide reliable QoS guarantee for network terminals.
