    摘要: The thermosetting composition of the present invention includes an unsaturated polyester, an addition polymerizable monomer, a low shrink agent other than an aliphatic polyester, and an aliphatic polyester decomposed in a decomposing solution containing from about 0.1 to about 50% by weight of at least one base selected from the group consisting of alkali metal hydroxides, alkaline earth metal hydroxides, alkali metal oxides, alkaline earth metal oxides, alkali metal alkoxides and alkaline earth metal alkoxides, and at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of water, methanol, ethanol, and ethylene glycol at a temperature lower than a boiling point of the decomposing solution after being cured.

    摘要: Disclosed is a molding material which can be easily decomposed by using an alkaline solution. This molding material comprises, as a binder, a thermosetting composition of an unsaturated polyester, an addition-polymerizable monomer and a low shrink agent, the addition-polymerizable monomer containing a monomer having an affinity for alkaline solution. As the addition-polymerizable monomer, there can be used a compound having an ethylene bond and a carbonyl or sulfonyl group, e.g. carboxylic and sulfonic acids, and metal salts, esters and acid anhydrides of these acids. There is also disclosed a molded motor comprising a molded part of an iron core, a winding and the above molding material, the molded part being integrally molded so as to coat at least one part of the iron core and winding with the molding material.

    摘要: A recycling method of producing magnetic material powder from bonded magnets which are produced by mixing magnetic material powder, as raw material powder, with a binder and subjecting a mixture to molding forming, has at least the steps of: (a) separating and collecting the magnetic material powder from the bonded magnets by removing all or a prescribed percentage of the binder contained in the magnets; (b) removing all or a prescribed percentage of the particles of diameter smaller than a prescribed particle diameter from the separated and collected magnetic material powder; and (c) mixing the magnetic material powder, from which the particles of diameter smaller than the prescribed one are removed, with a virgin magnetic material powder in a prescribed mixing ratio, so as to produce a new raw material powder.

The polylactic acid resin composition includes a polylactic acid and a branched polylactic acid having at least three branched chains composed of a polylactic acid in the molecule can be obtained. This polylactic acid resin composition is very superior due to the following reasons: the resin composition has excellent flexibility because plasticization is accelerated; the resin composition has excellent heat resistance because crystallization is accelerated; and the resin composition is effective in protection of the global environment and measures against fossil resource depletion because the resin composition is derived from a recyclable resource.

    摘要: A lactic acid component (e.g., lactic acid or oligo (lactic acid)) can be obtained by extraction from a lactic acid fermentation liquor with a pH of 4.8 or less, using at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of toluene, xylene, mesitylene, ethylbenzene, methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, and mineral spirit. Furthermore, oligo (lactic acid) can be obtained, by heating a lactic acid fermentation liquor with a pH of 4.8 or less under reduced pressure, and washing, with water, the fermentation liquor containing a produced oligo (lactic acid). Hence, a method is provided for separating a lactic acid component from a lactic acid fermentation liquor, which is free from incorporation of impurities and which includes simple steps.
