The invention further relates to a method for production of such a plastic product.     摘要: The invention relates to synthetic material dispersions consisting of (a) an aqueous phase of solutions of hydrophilic melamine resin precondensates and a latent hardening catalyst in water or in mixtures of water and alcohols C1-C6, (b) an organic nanophase in the form of nanometric droplets and/or nanoparticles derived from 70-99% of the melamine resin precondensates which are insoluble in water and etherifieds and contain hardening acid catalysts and acid impermeability agents, (c) dispersion agents at a concentration of 1-10 mass % in relation to the total mass of the melamine resin precondensates. The synthetic material dispersions are used for producing flat coated products which are externally used in the form of laminates, of coated flat carrying materials or moulded coated bodies for construction or for sports and recreation.

    摘要: A melt-processable block copolyesterimide comprising the repeating units (I), (II) and (III) and, optionally, a repeating unit (IV), wherein (I) is a repeating unit of the formula ##STR1## wherein R is an aliphatic polyether chain and/or a polysiloxane chain; (II) and (III) are repeating units of the formulas ##STR2## wherein Z is hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, aryl, halogen and w is zero or one; and (IV) is a repeating unit of the formula ##STR3## wherein Z' is hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, aryl or halogen and the phenylene ring is substituted in by Z' in the m- or p-positions. The repeating unit of formula (I) is present in an amount of 5 to 50 mole-%, the repeating unit of formula (II) is present in an amount of 10 to 80 mole-%, the repeating unit of formula (III) is present in an mount of 5 to 50 mole-% and the repeating unit of formula (IV) is present in an amount of 0 to 45 mole-% of the block copolyesterimide. The polymer according to the invention has liquid crystalline properties and it can be used as thermoplastic elastomer component of polymer compounds.

    摘要: The invention relates to linear, thermotropic crosslinkable polymers, which comprises (A) polycondensing a complex dicarboxylic dichloride having the formula ##STR1## wherein Ar.sub.1 is ##STR2## Ar.sub.2 is ##STR3## Y is H, F, Cl, CN, phenyl, C.sub.n H.sub.2n+1, or OC.sub.n H.sub.2n+1, q is a cardinal number between 1 and 2, andn is a cardinal number between 1 and 4;provided that when X.sub.1 =OCO, then X.sub.2 =COO, when X.sub.1 =COO, then X.sub.2 =OCO, when X.sub.1 =NHCO then X.sub.2 =COHN, and when X.sub.1 =CONH then X.sub.2 =NHCO;(B) with an unsaturated dihydroxy oligomeric compound of the formula (III) ##STR4## present as an oligomer, where R.sup.1 is a linear, aliphatic, saturated, C.sub.2-12 moiety, or a C.sub.4-10 oxyaliphatic moiety;R.sup.2 is H or CH.sub.3 moiety; andm is a cardinal number between 1 and 4; at a mole ratio of from about 1:5 to about 5:1, at a temperature of from about 140.degree.     摘要: The invention relates to a flame-retardant mixture for lignocellulose composites having from 60 to 90% by mass of particulate or fibrous lignocellulose materials and from 40 to 10% by mass of a flame retardant concentrate immobilized on or in the particulate or fibrous lignocellulose materials as carriers. The flame retardants are boric acids or the salts thereof. Also, melamine resins and optionally synergistic agents and further additives may be present. The preparation of the flame-retardant mixture can be effected by a liquid impregnation process, a melt impregnation process and a liquid impregnation/solids mixing process. In the form of flame-retardant semifinished products and molding materials, the lignocellulose composites have high resistance to insect infestation, fungal infestation and mold infestation and high resistance to washing out of the flame-retardant mixture and are preferably suitable for applications in outdoor use in the building and leisure sector.
