    摘要: A charge pump is disclosed for amplifying an input voltage received at an input end and outputting the amplified voltage at an output end as an output voltage. The charge pump includes a plurality of source/drain coupling transistors for serving as charging capacitors, and a plurality of cascode-connected transistors being symmetrically connected to between the input end and the output end. The charge pump further includes a plurality of diode-connected transistors to protect the source/drain coupling transistors against breakdown during the course of charge transfer and to speed up the charge transfer.

    摘要: A method for fabricating a conductive plug device is disclosed. A semiconductor substrate having a diffusion region thereon is provided. A dielectric layer is deposited over the semiconductor substrate. An opening is formed in the dielectric layer to expose a portion of the diffusion region. An un-doped CVD silicon layer is deposited on interior walls of the opening. A pure CVD phosphorus layer is in-situ deposited on the un-doped CVD silicon layer. The pure CVD phosphorus layer thereafter diffuses into the subjacent un-doped CVD silicon layer to form a doped silicon layer. Subsequently, a second un-doped CVD silicon layer is in-situ deposited on the doped silicon layer.

    摘要: A system providing remaining driving information of a vehicle based on user behavior includes a detection unit, a memory unit and a computation unit. The system stores information acquired by the detection unit during a moving progress of the vehicle to the memory unit to serve as history information, and accordingly generates a personalized model. The computation unit acquires current remaining energy information and at least one set of real-time information through the detection unit, inputs the same to the personalized model, and outputs a predictive remaining driving information to a display interface. The personalized model is generated based on user habits and behavior of various users, used vehicle and driving environment, and is thus capable of generating the personalized predictive remaining driving information. Accordingly, the personalized model integrating various personal factors, vehicle parameters and environment parameters can provide more accurate predictive information for reference of a user.
