    摘要: The invention relates to a method for damping vibrations on chassis bearings of motor vehicles, and a device for implementing the process. A process and a device are to be presented with which outstanding vibration damping and vibration isolation and noise insulation can be achieved over a wide frequency range with consideration of the driving states and roadway conditions which occur in motor vehicles. For this purpose it is proposed that the driving state of the motor vehicle and/or the roadway conditions are detected by way of sensors and that the at least one chassis bearing is modified to different characteristics to change its stiffness and/or damping depending on the detected parameters. The device is formed with sensors for detecting the driving state of the motor vehicle and for roadway conditions, with an electronic control device for processing the acquired signals and for selection of various controllable characteristics and at least one chassis bearing, the stiffness and/or damping of which can be modified.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method of determining material properties of a contact formed between a measurement tip of a microscopic probe and a sample surface of a sample material. According to the method, a distance modulation is applied for modulating a distance between a support of the microscopic probe end the sample surface in a direction essentially normal to the sample surface and wherein a normal force signal indicative of a normal force is measured and demodulated. In the method it is proposed that the material properties be determined using measurement data comprised in the demodulated normal force signal and related to a (concave) buckling deformation of the microscopic probe relative to and away from the sample surface.

    摘要: An electrical distribution system includes a plurality of separate consumer modules for supplying power to a plurality of consumer loads, respectively. Each of the consumer modules includes an overload fault detection device for automatically interrupting the supply of power to a given consumer load upon the detection of a fault therein by an overload protection arrangement. When the voltage drop across a measuring resistor exceeds a given threshold value, a non-conducting transistor becomes conductive, thereby opening a gate circuit to disconnect the consumer load from its power supply. Resistors of varying resistance values may be selected manually or by remote control to correspond with the demand requirements of the consumer loads.

    摘要: A drive unit is in working connection with a power takeoff by way of a wrap spring, which has a predetermined number of turns between its two ends and which serves as a load torque interlock. The wrap spring has a first actuating area assigned to a selected direction of rotation on at least one of its two ends and a second actuating area assigned to the opposite direction of rotation, where the first actuating area can be brought into nonrotatable working connection with the drive unit and the second actuating area into nonrotatable working connection with the power takeoff. By the application of a drive torque produced by the drive unit on the first actuating area, a first change in the diameter of the turns in the direction away from a braking device can be obtained, with the result that the frictional connection between the turns and the braking device is at least weakened. By the absorption of a restoring torque which originates from the power takeoff and acts in the opposite direction of rotation on the second actuating area after the drive has been turned off, a second change in the diameter of the turns in the direction toward the braking device can be obtained, with the result that the frictional connection between the turns and the braking device is increased.
