A mounting substrate manufacturing method for soldering a terminal of an electronic component to a land 2 of a substrate 1 includes: a paste disposing step of disposing a solder paste on the land 2; a melting and solidifying step of melting and solidifying the solder paste, to form a precoated area 3 coated with solder, on the land 2; a breaking step of breaking a residue covering a surface of the precoated area 3 by pressing a tool 432, 442 against the precoated area 3; a flux disposing step of disposing a flux F on the precoated area 3; a component placement step of placing an electronic component on the substrate 1, with the terminal of the electronic component aligned with the precoated area 3; and a reflow step of heating the substrate 1 to melt the precoated area 3, to solder the terminal to the land 2. This can provide a mounting substrate manufacturing method that can reduce the occurrence of soldering defects.

A system for manufacturing an assembly board includes an undersupporting device, a carrier configured to hold the undersupporting device, a transporter, an undersupporting-device installer attachable to and detachable from the undersupporting device, a board processor, and a magnet provided on a lower surface of the undersupporting device. The transporter transports the undersupporting device to a working position by transporting the carrier to the working position while the carrier holds the undersupporting device on the lower surface of the carrier. The transported undersupporting device is fixed to the undersupporting-device installer by a magnetic force of the magnet at the working position. The transporter transports the board to the working position. The undersupporting device supports the lower surface of the board when the board is transported to the working position. The board processor performs a predetermined processing to an upper surface of the board.

A screen printing apparatus includes a mask and a printing head. The mask has a first opening provided in a first region, and a second opening provided in a second region which is thicker than the first region. The printing head fills the first opening with a paste in a state where a substrate is in contact with the first region, and fills the second opening with the paste in a state where the substrate is in contact with the second region.

A component mounting related system is provided with a first component mounting related apparatus, a second component mounting related apparatus, an electric power source provided in the first component mounting related apparatus, a first power transmission line provided in the first component mounting related apparatus, a power transmission connector, and a second power transmission line. The electric power source supplies an electric power for actuating the first component mounting related apparatus. The first power transmission line transmits the electric power in the first component mounting related apparatus. The power transmission connector transmits the electric power transmitted by the first power transmission line to the second component mounting related apparatus. The second power transmission line transmit, in the second component mounting related apparatus, the electric power supplied from the first component mounting related apparatus through the power transmission connector.

A screen printing system includes a first substrate supply apparatus, a second substrate supply apparatus arranged in an upstream process side of the first substrate supply apparatus, and a screen printing apparatus that prints paste on a first substrate supplied from the first substrate supply apparatus and a second substrate supplied from the second substrate supply apparatus. In response to a request from the screen printing apparatus, the first substrate supply part supplies the first substrate and the second substrate supply part supplies the second substrate. The second substrate is carried in the screen printing apparatus by a conveyance mechanism included in the first substrate supply apparatus.

Each component mounting apparatus includes a first substrate carrying lane and a second substrate carrying lane, carries a first type substrate on which a first pattern has been printed in the first substrate carrying lane, performs a component mounting-relevant operation on the first type substrate, carries a second type substrate on which a second pattern has been printed in the second substrate carrying lane, and performs a component mounting-relevant operation on the second type substrate. The mask is pressed up by a predetermined amount through the substrate with the mask sucked by the mask suction part when the substrate is upwardly moved by the substrate positioning part.
