    Abstract: A display device includes: a first substrate including a first area, a second area surrounding the first area, and a third area surrounding the second area; a second substrate facing the first substrate; a sealing member between the first substrate and the second substrate at the third area; a color filter layer under the second substrate; a low refractive index layer under the color filter layer, overlapping with the first area, and spaced from the sealing member; a protective layer covering the low refractive index layer, surrounding a side surface of the low refractive index layer, and including an inorganic material; and a color conversion layer under the protective layer, overlapping with the first area, and including a plurality of color conversion parts spaced from each other.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a light emitting element. An encapsulation layer is disposed on the light emitting element. The encapsulation layer includes a polymer having a molecular anisotropy greater than or equal to about 1.4. A sensor layer is disposed on the encapsulation layer. The molecular anisotropy is a ratio of a first absorbance of an infrared spectrum in an infrared spectroscopy when first polarized light that is polarized in a first direction perpendicular to a second direction is incident to the polymer to a second absorbance of an infrared spectrum in an infrared spectroscopy when second polarized light that is polarized in the second direction is incident to the polymer.

    Abstract: An embodiment of a display apparatus includes a substrate, a buffer layer on the substrate, a thin film transistor including a semiconductor layer disposed on the buffer layer and including a silicon semiconductor, and a gate electrode insulated from the semiconductor layer, and an insulating layer covering the semiconductor layer, in which a concentration of fluorine at an interface between the semiconductor layer and the buffer layer is at least 10% of a concentration of the fluorine at the interface between the semiconductor layer and the insulating layer.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a first silicon transistor including a first semiconductor layer including a silicon-based semiconductor and a first gate electrode; a first oxide transistor including a second semiconductor layer and a second gate electrode, the second semiconductor layer including an oxide-based semiconductor; an upper insulating layer on the first and second semiconductor layers; and a first connection electrode on the upper insulating layer, electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer through a first contact hole of the upper insulating layer, and electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer through a second contact hole of the upper insulating layer. The second semiconductor layer includes a channel region, a source region, and a drain region, and a first distance between the channel region of the second semiconductor layer and the first contact hole is about 2 μm or greater.
