    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide: a dry analytical element for analyzing pancreatic lipase wherein the triglyceride is not transcribed on the support to contaminate a transportation slip or other analytical elements and wherein an additive solution of the triglyceride neither reaggregates nor precipitate, so that the dry analytical element is stable and is compatible with production. The present invention provides a dry analytical element for measuring pancreatic lipase contained in body fluid, which comprises triglyceride of long chain alkyl fatty acid having 12 to 22 carbon atoms, monoglyceride lipase, and a glycerin measurement reagent, and which comprises a water-impermeable support and at least one spreading or reagent layer, wherein a hydrophilic polymer at a weight ratio of 1.8:1 or greater with respect to the triglyceride is contained.

    摘要: An object to be achieved by the present invention is to provide a method for determining the amount of a component contained in a specific lipoprotein fraction in a biological sample using an automatic analyzer, without the requirement of a step of fractionating a sample by centrifugation. The present invention provides a method for separating a target component in a biological sample, which comprises the steps of: (1) causing a biological sample to come into contact with independently dispersed magnetic nanoparticles having a particle size of 50 nm or less, which have anionic functional groups on their surfaces, so as to form an agglutinate of the magnetic nanoparticles and biomolecules capable of interacting with the magnetic nanoparticles; and (2) collecting the agglutinate by an external magnetic field.

    摘要: A semiconductor device which has a preferable construction for downsizing, in which chip part(s) and a cap are not short-circuited, is provided. The semiconductor device includes: a substrate having a first surface with a cavity and a second surface opposite to the first surface; a semiconductor chip arranged in the cavity; a chip part mounted on the second surface of the substrate; a heat sink which is mounted on the second surface of the substrate and transfers heat liberated from the chip; a cap which is fitted to the substrate, covers the second surface of the substrate, and is joined to the heat sink; and an insulator provided between the cap and the chip part. By providing the insulator, short-circuiting of the chip part and the cap is prevented. Consequently, a distance between the cap and chip part can be shortened to downsize the size of semiconductor device.
