    摘要: A noncontact type rotation sensor, which can detect the rotational movement of a gear with high sensitivity and precision without causing any erroneous output, is disclosed. To a magnetic gear is applied a bias magnetic field by a bias magnet from the direction of the teeth of the gear. A sensor part disposed within the bias magnetic field comprises a substrate and a plurality of magneto-resistive elements mounted on the substrate in parallel to the teeth of the gear and electrically connected in series one after another. The sensor part detects the magnetic vector of the bias magnetic field varying according to the rotation of the gear as the composite value of the variations of the resistance values of the plurality of magneto-resistive elements connected in series one after another. The plurality of magneto-resistive elements are arranged with interval and width that enable the plurality of magneto-resistive elements to absorb the erroneous output caused to the variation waveforms of the respective resistance values during power supply.

First and second virtual lines are defined to extend from the centers of the first and second light receiving elements and pass through the centers of the first and second openings, respectively. At least one of elevation angles and left-right angles of the first and second virtual lines are different. The photosensitive area of the first light receiving element is larger than the aperture area of the first opening. The photosensitive area of the second light receiving element is larger than the aperture area of the second opening.

    摘要: 1st to nth pairs of transistors (n=an odd number) are connected in parallel, and each pair of transistors has an upper transistor and a lower transistor connected in series. A point between the upper transistor and the lower transistor of a preceding pair of transistors is connected to a gate of the lower transistor of a subsequent transistor, and the point between the upper transistor and the lower transistor of nth pair of transistors is connected to the gate of the first lower transistor. A capacitor is inserted between the lower transistor and a direct power source. A current regulating circuit connected to gates of the upper transistors, wherein the current regulating circuit supplies a gate voltage to each gate of the each upper transistor. The magnitude of the gate voltage is adjusted such that a magnitude of current that flows between the source and drain of the upper transistor due to the gate voltage is proportional to a voltage between the source and gate of the corresponding lower transistor when the lower transistor is turned on.

    摘要: An A/D converter has inverting elements and delay elements alternately disposed in series. Each inverting element receives an analog voltage signal as a power source and converts a pulse signal in an inversion operation time depending on the analog voltage signal. Each delay element delays transmission of the pulse signal. The transmission of the pulse signal is started from a starting inverting element at a start time, and a transit position of the pulse signal is detected at a detection time later than the start time by a predetermined time. A digital value indicating a level of the analog voltage signal is determined from the detected transit position of the pulse signal. Because transmission of the pulse signal is delayed by the delay elements, the transit position depending on the analog voltage signal can be correctly detected.

    摘要: A semiconductor pressure sensor in which a semiconductor sensor element is contained in a package which is made by assembling a first case and a second case, and which have simple structure with low cost. The semiconductor pressure sensor is generally made up of a sensor element made of semiconductor; a sensor case made of resin; plural leads insert-formed into the sensor case so as to be partly exposed from the sensor case, wherein the leads is electrically connected to the sensor element; and a connector case assembled with the sensor case for covering the sensor element. The connector case has a flange portion which is provided with a cover portion, and a surround portion protruding from the cover portion for surrounding an exposed portion of the leads. The surround portion and the exposed portion form a connecting portion which can be connected with an external terminal. Hence, connecting function of the sensor can be realized with simple structure without additional connecting members.
