Each of the plurality of blocks is made from synthetic resin material and has no shape-determining insert therein. The synthetic resin material is made from a synthetic resin having a bending modulus of 15 to 20 GPa. The ratio of t/W is from 0.11 to 0.20.

摘要： A power transmission belt having a body with a length, a first side, a second side, and laterally spaced side surfaces. The body has cog crests and cog troughs in at least a first layer on the first side of the body and alternating the length of the body. The body further has at least one cushion rubber layer and at least one load carrying cord embedded in the at least one cushion rubber layer and extending lengthwise of the body between the cog crests and the second side of the body. The at least first layer has a first joint that is in a cog crest and does not extend into a cog trough. At least one cushion rubber layer is made from a first material, with the first material from the at least one cushion rubber layer not penetrating the first joint. The invention is also directed to a method of forming a belt of this type.

The water-soluble hemicellulose has a viscosity in the range of from 50 to 1,000 mPa.multidot.s at 25.degree. C. when dissolved in water in an amount of 10% by weight and has a reducing sugar content of 5% by weight or less and an amino acid content, as measured by assay with 2,4,6-trinitrobenezene sulfonic acid, of 1.0% by weight or less.

摘要： Zn-Ni-alloy electroplating of steel sheets is carried out using a plating bath containing 10-40 g/l zinc, 15-160 g/l nickel, 0.1-5 g/l cobalt and 0.2-10 g/l titanium and 0.1-5 g/l aluminum or 0.1-5 g/l magnesium existing in the form of salts, the pH of which is 1.5-2.5. The obtained plated product exhibits improved excellent corrosion resistance and corrosion peeling resistance. The product can be subjected to heating to 60.degree.-200.degree. C., preferably in hot water, steam, or atomized water mist. This treatment further increases corrosion resistance.

The hard disk 1-3 stores bicycle information, electromotive power assisting information, user information, physical strength/health information, a variety of different control programs to be downloaded, information about a supplier to which an order is issued, and information about an assembly station and so on. The server computer 1-1, in response to an order from the user via the communication network 1-11, creates design information for assembling an electromotive power assisting kit 1-21 with an ordinary bicycle unit having a traveling function basically provided by a pedal effort, and sends it to the suppliers and the assembler so that a tailored electromotive power assisted bicycle 1-23 can be delivered to a user.

The body has cogs on at least one of the inside and outside of the body and spaced along the length of the body so as to define alternating cog crests and cog troughs. There is a reinforcing fabric on the at least one of the inside and outside of the body. The reinforcing fabric has first and second spaced end portions with a first free end at the first end portion and a second free end at the second end portion. The first and second end portions overlap so that the first and second free ends are each at a side surface on a cog crest.
