    摘要: A distributor for an internal combustion engine has a housing, a shaft inserted in the housing, a head mounted on the shaft, a cap attached to the housing so as to cover the rotor head, a signal detector accommodated in the housing, a connector projecting outside the housing, and an ignition coil accommodated in the housing. The housing has a cut-out portion formed in a side wall thereof from an abutment between the cap and the housing and extending toward the bottom of the housing for receiving the connector, and the cap and the connector are tightly engaged with the housing through a gasket. Silicon rubber is charged in the gap between the housing and the ignition coil. A heat release plate may be provided between the housing and the signal detector so that a path formed by the plate and the housing and surrounding a section of the core is electrically cut off, whereby no current flows in the path.

    摘要: There is described an image forming apparatus, which makes it possible to suppress quality degradation of an image on the basis of a developing electric current profile without optically detecting density of a patch image. The image forming apparatus includes: a developing current detecting sensor to detect a developing current; and a control section that conducts consecutive operations of: creating a detecting-use image pattern for detecting a developing characteristic, by aligning a plurality of image patterns, which are different from each other in density; forming a latent image of the detecting-use image pattern onto the photoreceptor element; finding a developing electric current profile, which represents a transition of the developing electric current flowing during an operation of developing the detecting-use image pattern, from an outputted signal of the developing current; and changing an image forming condition, based on the developing electric current profile found by the finding operation.

    摘要: A small-sized heat resisting high voltage transformer and an ignition transformer using the high voltage transformer are provided and utilize both a heat resistant casting resin and a bobbin, which contain an inorganic filler. The high voltage transformer is capable of producing an output voltage of 10-35 kV and comprises a primary coil, a secondary coil, and a magnetic core, wherein a casting resin is injected into the coil part and subsequently cured. The casting resin and bobbin material used for making the coils have heat distortion temperature of at least 130° C., and contain an inorganic filler. The surface of the bobbin may be pretreated. Thereby, adhesion between a bobbin and a casting resin is enhanced to ensure operating properly under the sever heat cycle condition and provide a small-sized heat resistant high voltage transformer.

    摘要: An ignition apparatus is received in a plug hole which is formed by a cylinder head and a cylinder head cover of an internal combustion engine. A side core has a slit between two horizontally extending side wall ends. The side core is selected from a laminated sheet structure comprised of two grain oriented silicon steel sheets, each having a slit between two horizontally extending side wall ends, and the plural slits align at substantially the same position. The slit prevents a one-turn short of a magnetic flux of the side core. Thereby a predetermined secondary voltage more than an engine requirement secondary voltage is obtained. An ignitor reception portion has an independent and individual ignitor reception portion and an independent and individual coil reception portion, with the ignitor reception portion and the coil reception portion being combined.
