    摘要: A control system controls an alternator driven by an internal combustion engine, for generating electric power. A changeover switch selectively switches the destination of electric power generated by the alternator to a plurality of electric load groups having respective different load voltage values, each electric load group having at least one electric load. An ECU controls switching operation of the changeover switch and changes output voltage from the alternator between a plurality of different predetermined voltage values corresponding, respectively, to the plurality of electric load groups, according to a direction in which the changeover switch has been switched. When switching of the changeover switch has occurred, the output voltage from the alternator to be supplied to one of the plurality of electric load groups to which the destination of electric power generated by the alternator has been switched is controlled by the ECU in a manner such that the output voltage progressively changes to one of the plurality of different predetermined voltage values corresponding to the one of the plurality of electric load groups.

    摘要: A control system for an internal combustion engine has a canister for adsorbing evaporative fuel generated in the fuel tank, a purging passage extending between the canister and the intake system of the engine, for purging evaporative fuel into the intake system, and a purge control valve arranged across the purging passage, for controlling the flow rate of evaporative fuel supplied to the intake system through the purging passage. An ECU controls the engine, based on at least one predetermined engine control parameter, and a canister temperature sensor detects the temperature of the canister. The at least one predetermined engine control parameter is changed according to the detected temperature of the canister.

    摘要: An air-fuel ratio control method for an internal combustion engine. The air-fuel ratio of an air-fuel mixture supplied to the engine is feedback-controlled to a desired air-fuel ratio depending on operating conditions of the engine in response to output from an exhaust gas ingredient concentration sensor. The desired air-fuel ratio is settable to a value leaner than a stoichiometric air-fuel ratio when the temperature of the engine is above a predetermined reference value. The method comprises the steps of detecting a reduction ratio to which the transmission has been set, and changing the predetermined reference value of the temperature of the engine depending on the detected reduction ratio. The predetermined reference value of the temperature of the engine is set to a lower value as the reduction ratio of the transmission is smaller.
