    摘要: In the case of a pressure control device for electropneumatic brake systems of vehicles, particularly utility vehicles, an electromagnetically operable intake valve is provided between a compressed air supply and a consuming device of the brake system. The pressure of the consuming device in the form of a brake cylinder is measured by a pressure sensor and transmitted for the controlled actuating of the intake valve to an electronic control unit. The intake valve is constructed as a valve piston which acts with respect to a valve seat and which, on its approach flow end situated upstream of the valve seat, acts such by means of an intake cross-section which can be changed as a function of the piston stroke, with respect to the housing receiving the valve piston. Thus, according to the values determined by the pressure sensor, a controlled feeding of compressed air is permitted corresponding to the selected contouring. The exhaust valve of the pressure control device, which exists between the consuming device and the outside air, can be contoured in a similar manner so that the piston stroke can have a cross-section-variable effect with respect to the housing.

    摘要: This invention achieves a complete dissipation of a residual pressure in a brake cylinder. The air brake system has a pressure control valve arranged between a brake valve and the brake cylinder. This pressure control valve has an outlet valve which controls the connection between an outlet chamber to which the brake cylinder is connected, and a venting space and has a control chamber. A connection between the control chamber and the venting space can be controlled by way of a control valve. There is furthermore a connecting conduit between the outlet chamber and the control chamber of the outlet valve. In the case of a braking operation, the control valve is switched briefly into its open position after the actuation of the brake valve ceases, allowing the residual pressure in the brake cylinder to be dissipated to the venting space via the connecting conduit. The method can be employed in commercial-vehicle air brake systems.

The system also includes a first valve that releases hydraulic fluid to control a first brake and a second valve that releases the hydraulic fluid to control a second brake. The system includes a speed sensor that generates a speed signal indicative of a speed of a work vehicle. A controller receives the speed signal, the first brake input signal, and the second brake input signal, determines the speed of the work vehicle based on the speed signal, and compares the speed of the work vehicle to a threshold speed. The controller synchronizes actuation of the first and second valves in response to the speed being in excess of the threshold speed to control the first and second valves.

The service brake device includes at least one pneumatic service brake device with at least one piston and/or a diaphragm. The pressure chamber includes a pressure connection communicating with the brake line. A quick air release valve between the brake line and the pressure chamber is arranged to connect the brake line to the pressure chamber when the pressure in the brake chamber is greater than in the pressure chamber, and to connect the pressure chamber to the spring chamber when the pressure in the pressure chamber is greater than the brake line pressure.
