摘要: Provided is a silicone rubber molded body (1) including a conductive ink coating layer (3) that is disposed on a portion of the surface of the silicone rubber molded body (1). The conductive ink coating layer (3) contains a hydrolyzable organosilicon compound. Using the silicone rubber molded body with a saturated water absorption of 0.10 to 1.50% by mass and/or using a conductive ink containing water improves the affinity between the surface of the silicone rubber molded body (1) and the conductive ink coating layer (3). A residual ink area is an average of 20% or more and 100% or less after the conductive ink coating layer (3) is subjected to an abrasion test. With this configuration, the silicone rubber molded body has a high affinity between the silicone rubber and the conductive ink, good durability under continuous stress, and stability in long-term use. Further provided is a method for producing the silicone rubber molded body.

摘要: An electrically conductive multilayer film is disclosed. The electrically conductive multilayer film may comprise a non-conductive base layer, a transparent layer comprising transparent conductor material, and a transparent primer layer. The non-conductive base layer, the transparent layer comprising transparent conductor material, and the transparent primer layer are arranged one on the other in a vertical direction such that the transparent primer layer is situated between the non-conductive base layer and the transparent layer comprising transparent conductor material and is in direct contact with the transparent layer comprising transparent conductor material. The transparent primer layer is formed of a composition comprising a polymer, wherein the polymer is selected from a group consisting of polyvinylidene chloride, a copolymer, wherein one of the monomers is vinylidene chloride, and any combination thereof. Further is disclosed a method, a touch sensing device, and different uses.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of preparing polymer film-metal composites and uses of such composites. The metal can be in the form of a nanoparticle or a film. The methods comprise depositing on a surface, a composition comprising: a cationic metal precursor; a polymer film precursor that comprises a plurality of photopolymerizable groups; and a photoreducer-photoinitiator; then irradiating the composition under conditions to simultaneously reduce the cationic metal and polymerize the photopolymerizable groups to obtain the composite on the surface.

The at least one polyurethane layer may include thermosetting polyurethane having a cross-linkage.

摘要: The current embodiments include all-polymeric protective material for mitigating lightning strike damage. The protective material includes a hybrid matrix comprising PANI and MXene dispersed within a thermosetting epoxy resin. This hybrid matrix can be painted, printed, or applied as a conductive polymeric layer to a FRCP structure, for example an aircraft fuselage, wing, empennage, control surface (aileron, flap, slats, rudder, elevator) or a wind turbine blade. The protective material not only withstands lightning strikes, but also functions as shielding against electromagnetic interference and is corrosion-resistant and lightweight.

A carrier tape 100 is a molded body 16 of the resin sheet, wherein an accommodation portion 20 capable of accommodating an article is provided.

摘要: The present invention relates to a new window cover film protecting a flexible display panel. Specifically, provided is a window cover film protecting a surface of a display device, the window cover film including a protective film formed on a base layer or a hard coating layer of a hard coating film having the base layer and the hard coating layer, and having no problem that the window cover film cannot be used as a display window cover film because a part of the protective film is not peeled off due to static electricity generated in the protective film, the base layer, or the hard coating layer when the protective film is peeled off, and the protective film remains on the base layer or a hard coating layer or the hard coating layer is partially or entirely peeled off.
