摘要: A system for reducing teeth power losses in a gearbox, including at least two intermeshing toothed gears, each attached to a rotating shaft supported by bearings and mounted within a housing. Two vertical plates are configured for being installed inside the housing between the bearings and the toothed gears, one at each side of the toothed gears. The vertical plates comprise one or several internal shields configured for separating oil flows within the housing; mounted on the side of the vertical plates directed towards the toothed gears. The internal shield includes an anti-recirculation plate. At least one anti-recirculation plate comprises one or several vertical fins for breaking an axial flow of an air-oil mixture.

摘要: Power takeoff devices (PTOs) are useful for mounting on transmissions and for performing, directly or indirectly, useful work via the mechanical energy generated by the PTO's rotatable output shaft. Systems and methods for reducing PTO gear rattle include an input gear carried on a shaft sleeve mounted on a shaft extending between opposing spaced apart walls of a PTO housing. The shaft sleeve is moveable in an axial direction along the shaft, the travel of the shaft sleeve in each direction being limited by contacting the respective wall. The shaft sleeve is biased to remain spaced apart from the walls, thereby reducing or eliminating gear rattle.

摘要: A method for attaching a plastic barrel configured to guide an output shaft of a mechanical device to a housing for the mechanical device is disclosed. The housing includes a chimney delimited by an upper edge and a base, the chimney being arranged to partially surround the output shaft, the plastic barrel having a lateral protuberance. The method involves at least the following steps: inserting a first end of the plastic barrel into the chimney of the housing until the lateral protuberance axially abuts against the upper edge of the chimney, and at least partially deforming the first end of the plastic barrel in order to form an axial counter-abutment.

The case is a single-piece case internally including: a first housing chamber housing the rotary electric machine; and a second housing chamber housing the inverter device and divided from the first housing chamber with a partition. At least a specified portion of the output member is housed in the first housing chamber. A location of the specified portion in an axial direction overlaps with the rotary electric machine. The partition is provided between the specified portion and the inverter device.

A shift actuator selectively couples the input shaft to the main shaft by rotatably coupling gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. The shift actuator is mounted on an exterior wall of a housing including the countershaft and the main shaft. A controller controls the shift actuator utilizing an actuating pulse and an opposing pulse.

摘要: A gear unit for a motor vehicle electric drive system, has a housing with a middle portion and a first and second axial end portions. The middle portion receives an electric machine. A differential gear is arranged in the second end portion of the housing. The differential gear is connected on the drive side to a first planetary gearset and on the driven side to a first output shaft and second output shaft arranged coaxial to one another. The second output shaft is a hollow shaft, and the first output shaft extends into the second output shaft. A first bearing for rotatable support of the second output shaft is arranged radially between the second output shaft and a structural component of the gear unit, and a second bearing for the rotatable support of the two output shafts is arranged between the first output shaft and second output shaft.
