摘要: A rotor core includes laminate steel plates extending in a radial direction with respect to a central axis. The laminate steel plates each include a base portion on a radially outer side of the central axis, and pieces separately disposed on a radially outer side of the base portion with penetrating portions therebetween, and arranged side by side at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction. The laminate steel plates are laminated in an axial direction. The laminated steel plate at an upper end in the axial direction includes at least one of an outward projection extending radially outward from an outer edge portion of the base portion and an inward projection extending radially inward from an inner edge portion of the piece, and the laminated steel plate at a lower end in the axial direction includes an intervening portion between the base portion and the piece portion.

摘要: A drive device includes a rotor, a stator, a housing including an accommodation portion to store oil and accommodate the rotor and the stator, a pump driven through a motor shaft, and a valve in the housing. The pump includes a pump room in the housing, a suction port through which the oil is to be sucked into the pump room, and a discharge port through which the oil is to be discharged from the pump room. The housing includes a first oil passage connected to the discharge port and a branch oil passage that is connected to the first oil passage and is open to an inside of the accommodation portion on an upper side in a vertical direction of the stator. The motor shaft includes a second oil passage located in the motor shaft and connected to the first oil passage and a first through-hole connecting the second oil passage and an outer circumferential surface of the motor shaft. The valve is provided in the branch oil passage, and switched between a closed state in which a flow of the oil in the branch oil passage is blocked and an open state in which the flow of the oil in the branch oil passage is permitted.

摘要: The present invention discloses a novel electric motor, which comprises a stator and a rotor. The stator is a permanent magnet. The rotor comprises a rotor coil and a capacitor. The rotor coil and the capacitor are connected in series to form a resonant driving circuit. The resonant driving circuit is used to convert a natural electromagnetic field into a current to drive the rotor to rotate. The motor of the present invention can rotate without any external power, thereby solving the technical problem that the use of the external power makes a restriction to the further development and application of the motor, and solving the problem of motor energy consumption.

摘要: A hybrid induction motor includes a fixed stator, an independently rotating outer rotor, and an inner rotor fixed to a motor shaft. In one embodiment the outer rotor includes spaced apart first bars and permanent magnets, and the inner rotor includes spaced apart second bars. In another embodiment the outer rotor includes angularly spaced apart first bars but no permanent magnets, and the inner rotor includes permanent magnets and may also include angularly spaced apart second bars. The outer rotor is initially accelerated by cooperation of a rotating stator magnetic field with the first bars. As the outer rotor accelerates towards synchronous RPM, the inner rotor is accelerated to transition to efficient synchronous operation. The outer rotor thus acts as a clutch to decouple the inner rotor from the rotating stator magnetic field at startup and to couple the inner rotor to the rotating stator magnetic field at synchronous speed.

摘要: A rotor structure for a rotary electric machine in which an inner surface of a hollow rotor core and an outer surface of a shaft inserted into a hole of the rotor core are fitted together by mutual engagement between a projection and a recess to compose a rotor, the rotor structure including: a first retainer brought into contact with one end of the rotor core; and a second retainer brought into contact with a surface of the first retainer opposite to a surface in contact with the rotor core so as to fix the first retainer and the rotor core to the shaft, wherein a coefficient of static friction of a first sliding surface between the first retainer and the second retainer is smaller than any other sliding surface provided in the rotor.
