    摘要: The present invention provides a method for preparation of an 1-alkene-acrylate based copolymer comprising a step of a radical polymerization reaction of 1-alkene and acrylate based monomer under presence of a metal oxide or Lewis acid, and a method for preparation of an alkene-acrylate based copolymer comprising reacting alkene with an acrylate based monomer under presence of a metal oxide. In the method of preparation according to the present invention, the process is simple and properties of the copolymer can be easily controlled by preparing the copolymer in a mild condition of 100° C. or less and 200 bar or less. In addition, the amount of the polar group of the copolymer prepared by the method is so high that the copolymer can be used for transparent optical products. Since the alkene-acrylate based copolymer prepared by the method is a random copolymer of ethylene and a polar monomer and the amount of the polar group of the polar monomer so high that the crystallinity of the ethylene monomer does not remain in the copolymer, the ethylene-acrylate based copolymer is not affected from a transparency of the polymer and thus may be used for optical products.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a catalyst component for ethylene polymerization, which comprises a reaction product of a magnesium complex, at least one titanium compound, at least one alcohol compound, at least one silicon compound, and optionally an organic aluminum compound. The silicon compound is an organic silicon compound having a general formula R1xR2ySi(OR3)z, in which R1 and R2 are independently a hydrocarbyl or a halogen, R3 is a hydrocarbyl, 0≦x≦2, 0≦y≦2, 0≦z≦4, and x+y+z=4. The present invention further relates to a method for the preparation of the catalyst component and to a catalyst comprising the same. The catalysts according to the invention have virtues such as high catalytic activity, good hydrogen response, and narrow particle size distribution of polymer, and are especially suitable for a slurry process of ethylene polymerization and a combined process of ethylene polymerization, which requires a high activity of catalyst.

    摘要: The dental adhesive composition of the present invention comprises a polyfunctional polymerizable monomer which is an ester compound of a polyhydric alcohol of 3 to 6 carbon atoms and plural (meth)acrylic acids and has 1 to 2 hydroxyl groups, a monofunctional (meth)acrylate having no hydroxyl group in its molecule, a polymerizable monomer containing an acid group in its molecule, an organoboron compound as a curing agent and a filler. According to the present invention, a dental adhesive composition remarkably enhanced in the curing rate with rarely affecting adhesion properties of the composition, working time and flexibility of a cured product is provided.

    摘要: This invention relates to a method for producing functionalized cis-1,4-polydienes having a combination of a high cis-1,4-linkage content and a high functionality, the resulting polymers and the vulcanized products containing the polymers. The functionalized cis-1,4-polydienes of the present invention are produced by a method comprising the steps of: (1) preparing a reactive polymer by polymerizing conjugated diene monomer with a lanthanide-based catalyst in the presence of less than 20% by weight of organic solvent based on the total weight of monomer, organic solvent, and resulting polymer, where the lanthanide-based catalyst is the combination of or reaction product of (a) a lanthanide compound, (b) an aluminoxane, (c) an organoaluminum compound other than an aluminoxane, and (d) a halogen-containing compound; and (2) contacting the reactive polymer with a functionalizing agent.
