    摘要: The present invention relates to binder compositions containingA) 40 to 95 parts by weight of OH-functional graft copolymer resins prepared by copolymerizinga) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of polybutadienes containing at least 20% of 1,2-vinyl groups,b) 5 to 30 parts by weight of aliphatic .alpha.-olefins,c) 0.1 to 35 parts by weight of glycidyl esters of .alpha.-alkylalkane-monocarboxylic acids,d) 10 to 70 parts by weight of unsaturated, aromatic monomers,e) 5 to 60 parts by weight of hydroxyalkyl esters of acrylic and/or methacrylic acid having primary hydroxyl groups,f) 0 to 50 parts by weight of (cyclo)aliphatic esters of acrylic and/or methacrylic acid,g) 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of .alpha.,.beta.-mono-olefinically unsaturated monocarboxylic or dicarboxylic acids and/or maleic acid or fumaric acid semi-esters andh) 0 to 30 parts by weight of other copolymerizable compounds andB) 5 to 60 parts by weight of polyfunctional crosslinking resins,wherein 1 to 30% by weight of the OH groups of the component A) are secondary OH groups. The present invention also relates to the use of these binder compositions for vehicle coatings, in particular automotive refinish coatings and large vehicle coatings, for wood and furniture coatings, general industrial coatings, and for coatings that provide corrosion protection.

    摘要: A coating resin composition, comprising a graft copolymerized resin prepared by graft polymerizing a monomer containing ethylenic unsaturated bond and a monomer containing an ethylenic unsaturated bond and a hydroxyl group, wherein the hydroxyl group content of the monomer is such that the hydroxyl group content of the graft copolymerized resin is 0.1 to 5 wt. %, onto a mixed resin of (i) a carboxyl group containing chlorinated polyolefin resin containing from 1 to 10 wt. % of .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride) and having a chlorine content of 5 to 50 wt. %, the resin (i) being prepared by a graft polymerizing .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride) onto a polyolefin followed by chlorination, and (ii) an oxidized chlorinated polyolefin resin containing from 5 to 50 wt. % chlorine and having a functional group index of at least 1, prepared by oxidizing and chlorinating a polyolefin, wherein the oxidizing agent for the oxidation is at least one member selected from the group consisting of air, oxygen and ozone, the weight percent ratio of resin (i) to resin (ii) ranging from 5:95 to 95:5 and wherein the mixed resins (i) and (ii) constitute from 5 to 90 wt. % of the components of the composition; and an isocyanate or alkyl-etherified amino resin as a curing agent.

    摘要: The present invention relates to binder compositions containing A) 40 to 95 parts by weight of OH-functional graft copolymer resins which are prepared by copolymerizing a mixture containing 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of at least one optionally functional polybutadiene having a molecular weight of 500 to 10,000 and having at least 20% by weight of side-chain 1,2-vinyl double bonds, and B) 5 to 60 parts by weight of a polyfunctional cross-linking resin selected from aminoplast resins and optionally blocked polyisocyanates, wherein the sum of the parts by weight of components A) and B) add up to 100, based on the weight of components A) and B). The present invention also relates to the use of the binder compositions according to the invention for lacquering vehicles, wood and furniture, and for preventing corrosion.
